I have often wondered 🤔 what Prince Rhaegar couldn't foresee his younger brother Prince Viserys III as one of his prophetic three heads of the dragon 🐲. Then he wouldn't have to worry about his wife Princess Elia having childbirth complications in the future. He could have asserted a more familiar and instructive role in the upbringing and childhood of the young Viserys III and enlightened him about the Song of Ice and Fire with additional support from Maester Aemon of Castle Black potentially to get the point across. Then he could prioritize the safety and well-being of the Targaryen triarchy of Prince Viserys III, Princess Rhaenys and Prince Aegon VI going forward as his position of influence would be almost unassailable though I am sure the Mad King would put up roadblocks . . . how successful could he be in frustrating Prince Rhaegar's access to his mother Queen Rhaella and consequently her younger son Prince Viserys III?!?
It would have been better for the dynasty if he did this, but he probably interpreted the prophecy that the three heads will have to be 1 male and 2 females, that's why he ruled Viserys out.

Jon is still a bastard and I don’t believe Dorne would have allowed that disrespect that would have been a war on its on. There’s pieces missing because it isn’t mathing

Rhaegar was the cause for the war and as much as I dislike Robert for what he did but he was justified. Everyone that has a hard on for Jon disregards him being a full fledged bastard and who died for him to be born. She says that "as a child" (she's still a child), she'd always play in the market and never have enough money for honey-fingers. What kind of princess that's being hunted by assassins goes to play in a crowded market with a bunch of other filthy street urchins who are too broke to afford a drop of honey fried in gutter oil?
Rhaegar was so dumb taking Lyanna who was only daughter of Rickard and was promised to Robert Baratheon. It was obvious that it would cause rebellion. him being obsessed with prophecy also ruined his family he should have stayed with Ellia and maybe he could have became king and his wife and children would be alive. Forcing his two siblings to flee one being an infant and the other a small boy who had to take on responsibilities as an adult. But Viserys blaming Dany for their mother’s death was right it’s actually cruel. He left out the part where their father was cruel to her, raped and abused her. But Rhaegar took the cake and people call Rhaenyra children bastards but disregard Rhaegar like he didn’t leave his sick wife that almost died giving him two children for a dirty Northern girl. Jon is still a bastard and I don’t believe Dorne would have allowed that disrespect that would have been a war on its on. There’s pieces missing because it isn’t mathing
Rhaegar and Leanna were married before Jon was born. So he never was a bastard.
I doubt Rhaeghar thought taking Lyanna would cause a full scale rebellion and honestly the war only started because Brandon Stark the dumbest man in the 7 kingdoms rocking up to the mad kings house demanding Rhaeghar to come out and die
@@smdrn66 did you forget Rhaegar first wife? Obviously you did. HE LEFT HIS FIRST WIFE WHO WAS ALREADY SICK FOR ANOTHER WOMAN. I highly doubt a separation was a thing in those days. By all means Jon is still a BASTARD. He already had two children in lie for the Throne. He plugged the rest of his already DYING FAMILY LINE into war. Rhaegar was the cause for the war and as much as I dislike Robert for what he did but he was justified. Everyone that has a hard on for Jon disregards him being a full fledged bastard and who died for him to be born. Children were murdered brutally for Rhaegar to fulfill the prophecy that was already in motion. Dany is the Princess that was promised. Rhaegar two other children were murdered and his wife was raped and then murdered. Robert should have been told who Jon was conceived by and he should have been killed.
@@smdrn66and what of Elia Martell? Annulling their marriage (which would be a VERY hard thing to do as they had children already) would make their kids bastards. Would Dorne stand to have her Aegon be usurped for whatever son Lyanna has? Either way, Rhaegar was one stupid man.
@@smdrn66 that's a show only thing and even if true nobody would view that as legitimate given rhagar is already married and his marriage with lyanna wouldn't be seen as legitimate till she died so yea .
It's fiiiixed

Take 2 🎬
Dw we have his son aegon. The very clone of rhaegar
Viserys deserved better.
Yeah! A great character with so much potential, if only he was written a bit differently and wasn't gone by the end of the first season/book. Really a missed opportunity.
Rhaegar ❤
First to take the Black 🖤
I'm starting to think Dany really is a phony. I was rereading a chapter with her in the Vaes Dothrak market when she shows her Khas spiced sausages and inquires about 'honey-fingers'.
Danny and Viserys would not suffer. If he knew the third head of dragon was his little sister Danny
I love that more people are waking up to how disturbing and disasterous Rhaegar was
Viserys had a really fucked up childhood. I cant help but sympathize with anyone who had a tragic upbring🤷♂️
If I was in GOT I would have
Rebelled against Visereys

Rhaegar Targaryen 🐉 smashed Lyanna 🐺 sweet cheeks Dragon style
Yeah, and it only cost his family, his Dynasty, the lives of thousands of innocent people and the stability of the 7 kingdom's for a time...
@@thalmoragent9344 not true his son Aegon saved the entire 7 kingdoms from the undead because his father smashed Lyannas sweet cheeks
@@surgesurge6302 Jon didn't save anything in the book. He died by his own man hand.
