Certainly wasn't standard, nor was the PTO, or the Belt pulley for the matter. With that said the overwhelming majority of those machines did have hydraulics installed. Now, a three point hitch. That was never an OEM option. There are several kits out there now to put a 3 point hitch on a Farmall M as well as home built units as well
We have a 52 Super M with 3 point hitch, bush hog shredder and it works very well ! And an IH 300 blade for snow in the winter ! Very handy tractor !
My son just offered me a three point hitch for my M! I can't wait to brush hog with it! Thanks for sharing!
