@@swapnildatta9398 Not that I know of in undergrad. Caltech is very miserly when it comes to financial aid for international students.

Zafar Iqbal didn't get any degrees from Caltech. He was a post-doc researcher there as far as I know

Hi, you don't actually need your SAT and SAT subject test results before October 15. If your results come after the deadline, the person who's recommending you can fill in your expected scores in the exams. In that case, if you get an offer, it will be a conditional one and you can just show them the scores. This happened with me this year.

I had a small question. So, I believe it is mentioned in the interview that Ziad Vaiya did participate in the world schools debating competitions.
I wanted to ask what’s the selection procedure for WSDC or WIDPSC for Bangladesh...?
I like to believe that I am pretty good at debating, as I am quite successful in MUNs and other inter-school debating competition hence I wanted to compete nationally just like the STEM Olympiads.

You should interview Zaid idris bhaiya's friend Asif Mallik, since he is a bangladeshi who got into columbia university. Both of them were my seniors at my school and their friend group as a whole has seen many success stories.

Hello. I am applying to oxford and I wanted to know if it is mandatory to send high school transcripts to oxford while filling your ucas Application. Or send any kind of transcripts at a later stage of the admission process?

Zaid must be from a upper class family otherwise it is not possible to afford tuition fees of Oxford and other top notch UK universities. UK universities do not give out many scholarships.
There are some scholarships you can apply to as a Bangladeshi international going to Oxford at the undergrad level (I remember two) but you are correct, they are extremely competitive and can't be banked on. Thankfully, I have lived a fortunate life and I hope someday I can pay it forward.
@@ZaidIdris I am from Kolkata, and being an Indian I know there are only 2 full scholarships available for Indians at the undergrad level and hardly 1 or 2 Indians get it. One of my friends got a chance in Imperial College London but could not afford the fees as there are hardly any scholarships.
Hopefully I can transfer to a good university in USA after my first year in India.
