  • I CAN'T BELIEVE HART TOOLS IS Selling These Driver Bits Sets the #VeryCoolGang knows how I feel about driver bits. If you're going to use DIY or homeowner grade tools the best #ToolDeal would be to pair them with a contractor professional driver bit set for professional results where the fasteners meet the materials. Thats why in this #Review of Harts 68 piece impact driver bit set I was very critical about fit and finish on everything from the case to the fitiment of the driver bits themselves, and quite frankly i cant believe hart tools is selling these driver bit sets!

I bought one of those Hart sets when I needed a disposable kit for a deck build project. Over a year later I still have them and they are still in excellent condition. Surprised the crap out of me. Installed an entire deck at the in-laws using just a single torx bit and it still wasn't worn down after the project.

As for the box, you shouldn’t be throwing your tools or box bits around to get damaged. I have a canvas type bag with luggage style wheels and handle on it that I use for my drills and bit boxes. It has multiple pouches that I can stuff each bit box into away from any heavy drills that damage them. Just saying. Great channel though.

Man first let me say, long time tool user, first time watcher. Liked and subbed at end of your video because you didn’t ask in the beginning. That’s rare these days. Love your content and no BS reviews. Bang for buck I’m going Hart all day especially when they’re on sale. They’re 3/8 impact is a little beast with a 4ah battery, as is the 2 speed 1/2” drill driver.
Since they dropped the HART line, moving away from Stanly and soon phasing out Hyper Tough, I’ve been nothing but impressed with Hart and as the frugal Jew/Mex I am, bang for buck matters.
    Keep up the awesome reviews

Hart hit it out of the park with their choice of colors for the tool line up. Mikita gold bits are my favorite. Milwaukee bits have the largest share of real estate in my tool boxes and bags. Ryobi has let me down way too many times to purchase their bits again. However, I absolutely love the Ryobi tool brand overall.

I just got this Hart set and the brushless driver/drill combo to mess with my Sloppy LS engine hot rods. Hopefully they're a decent stand in for the favorite of my contemporaries, Milwaukee. I figured if I wasn't satisfied I could just take them back and say so. The quoted 2200in/lbs of power impressed me to try them out. I'm not a pro mechanic just mess with my Silverado and GTO.

I just bought this set today. It seems to come with a magnetic sleeve for magnetizing each bit. The case is well built and holds each bit tight yet can let them out easily when pulled and wont break as the case seems to be made of a high grade plastic that does have some flex to it so when taking bits out and putting them back in it does flex and had a nice hold on each. Im impressed. As soon as their big mechanics tool box goes on sale i will buy it as well.

i am a water filtration contractor, we do about 3 to 4 jobs every day exept sat. and sunday, i use ryobi cordless every job, have the drill, hammer drill, shears, angle drill, and i have retired so many even the blue line of ryobi, they all still work, in the past i was using dewalt bits as well as milwake, now i use the ryobi kit you showed on this video, in my case i had it for months, i had to replace one #2 bit in it, i think ryobi is great, mind you i do commercial and residential jobs and we are always straping pipes to the walls or setting bolts for the tankless water heaters and regular water heaters, building platforms for the different systems, but you got me intrigued on this hart set, i have the 40v hart blower and weed eater combo, and the only thing is missing is a second battery, thank you for a great job, keep up the good work.

Another barrel to pick from, I pick up Milwaukee bits if I’m just picking them up to complete a set (I’m a sucker for matching sets.. M18Fuel/M12Fuel addict.) the only bits I hate are broken ones, because “the reality is...” 😉 that cheaply made bit may be the only bit you have that’s available to finish the job if/when the fancy favorite bit clocks out (breaks).. you’ll love that (hated) bit for saving money on a second rollout cost to drive in those last few fasteners...rare case? maybe but it does happen, I would wager more often then spoken about 🤔.. thanks for the vid as always, keep them coming, hope everyone stays safe.

Doing maintenance I’m running #2 and torx a lot of the time and the wear guard tip is great. I haven’t broke one or had a slip yet. I got mine over the holidays on deal and there still going pretty strong.

HART Tools has been around for a long time, and many of you know them from their great line of hammers. Owned by TTI (Techtronic Industries Company Limited), Hart Tools is one of several brands including Milwaukee, Ridgid, Ryobi and several others that TTI manages. So it’s not surprising that when Walmart went looking for a new exclusive line of tools that TTI stepped up to the plate.

I have the hart brushless drill and the brushless impact driver but i bought a milwaukee impact bit set and when i tell you they are hard to remove im saying if you had any oil or grease on your fingers youre not getting them out without a pair of pliers. They are so tightly packed in the box its very hard for my big fingers to only grab on one. Once you take them out a couple times it gets a bit easier but dang for the first two or three times my fingers were hurting by the time i got the bit out. Harts may be sorta loose in the box but at least youre not hurting your fingers trying to remove a bit from the box

On a serious note, I use tools all the time on the job and I also like the new HART bits . Great deals on them. Not a big fan of those HART 20 volt power tools though..maybe in time they will grow on me as well. For now I'll stick to the major names on those..I've had good results with Kobalt as well. Another great video thank you! Would love to get ahold of these that would be fantastic. Unfortunately living in the UK Walmart does not ship direct to my country. Looking elsewhere shipping and the markup thru eBay makes them over $50. The other great kit is the Makita XPS and amazon will not ship it to the UK because of their own operating restriction due to the Covid-19.
BTW I do not bieve in these supplied plastic case instead both Wera and Trend can sell you something way better. At least they are available here in UK. There are soft textile carrying case designed specifically for bits (i believe it is 'cordura' or something' heavy duty with a stiffener). Those are not going to crack and break on you when its dropped on concrete. Especially when the bits doont stay in their clips anymore, or the hinge / clasp. Less fiddling, faster and more pleasant to get your own 3rd party storage for them.

Maybe I'm weird, but I've never put much thought into it. When I need a kit, I just pick up whatever, and I use it until most of the bits are gone. I don't think twice about throwing away tools/bits that aren't up to snuff. I figure that they don't work as well, and there's always the risk of getting hurt. Right now the kit that I'm using is a DeWalt. I like the box, and there's room to throw in a couple extra things like an extra extension. I do have a few 1/4" nut drivers that are magnetized. I used to pick them up at supply houses when I did ductwork. I like magnetized bits, but have never really had a problem when they aren't. After watching this review I'm almost certainly going to pick up this kit next time I'm in Walmart. Even if I don't need it today, I will need it at some point.

I bought this set, and so far am completely satisfied; most of my projects are outdoors or mechanical, so dropping screws or bits can be costly and time-consuming as well as hazardous, as in them disappearing into the grass only to be found by vehicle tires.
So far, I've not lost one.
As for the case, yes it has flex to it, but many of my more 'rigid' plastic cases have cracked, so flexibility may be better in the long run. Plus my older fingers appreciate the flexibility in getting bits out of the holders. Stiff plastic can be a literal 'pain'!

I like the way the case is organized and how I can swap out strips of bits for whatever I want for seven bucks here eight bucks there I can add a bunch more of the bits I need like 2 inch Philips or T25 and T20 2 in bits. Overall I think the bus system is more economical in the long run since you can buy strips of exactly what you want so you're not ended up buying a whole new bit set just to get two or three things and you can swap out what you need to build yourself brand new case from the ground up for like 8 bucks a strip
