+Chipwhitley274 I think she is either trying to make her son feel bad he didnt fix her DVD stuff for her and is trying to make him jealous OR....she is explaining all the details because she wants him to fix it when she can't make it work. Trust me; there is at least another chapter to this story in the form of a request.
You might be right. After all she did raise a son who became a writer. My Dad worked in communications and our whole family over communicates...like now :) we call it communicado.

Well, for starters she didn't get into what the guy looked like, whether or not he had any family, where the guy lived, or what she food/gave him to drink while he was over. Yep, still plenty more material to cover! ;)
All of my mom's texts start with my name. I reply "yes" and THEN she texts whatever it was she was gonna tell me. I've told her many times she can go right to the point, but she doesn't understand. It's like she is making sure it's really me she is about to text.

I talk to my mother everyday on the phone and spend around 40mins every time, she get older and lonely 😭 she needs this. So every time she talks too much I just told myself I am the son and I have to listen.
Hopefully when you are her age you'll have someone who cares about you and talks to you everyday ♥️
