I can see what they were going for with the creepy dude. Have a mascot that's made of the Ice Cream to say that it's so good he eats himself, but why is it not just an animated character? It would have been a lot less horrifying if it were a snowman made of ice cream or something like that.

That Electricity Football PSA was shown to my class in school when I was about seven years old, no joke it scarred me for life, but then again I guess that was the point.

Fun fact, the Batgirl PSA featuring Robin and Batman? It's not Adam West portraying Batman. It's the late actor Dick Gauitier staring in roles like Hymie from the Get Smart TV series and voice roles such as the animated Transformers and GI Joe series.

The creator of the commercial said he saw ice cream as a canvas, and can only be given a good commercial based on the deepest corners of the imagination. I'm glad he saw his product as a canvas and decided to take an artistic approach. I just wish he didn't have such an active imagination.

Dominic Williams He didn't because he actually tried to retire the NC character after the first one, if I remember correctly.
jp3813 I don't think so. He _did_ end the first one with a musical number where he rose out of his slump and truly became the Nostalgia Critic again. It would make more sense if he tried to retire the character _before_ the first Commercials episode.
@Caleb Mayfield Yeah, you're right. I'm just saying it doesn't make sense to end the character AFTER making that triumphant return thing. But I don't actually have that much experience with his videos, so I don't really know how it went.

Little Baby's Ice Cream is a real Ice Cream. They have another commercial where the ice cream is coming out of a guy's pants.
They looked highly disturbed by that last one with the ice cream...I don't blame them, I felt the same way when I saw the vid on NC's channel the first time..

you know the batman one was odd because she never worked for them on the 60's show. she worked solo and occasionally teamed up with them. i think the ad was from the 70's and adam west didn't play batman in it.. so that's why he sounds different.

#2 if he did, robin should get paid more because he works more than her (because Robins in every episode, fighting crime, and Batgirl was introduced much later in the show and appeared occasionally. Why should batman pay a part-time worker as much as a full-time worker?)

They act more like celebrities than real heroes, they're in it for the fame and money, rather than *actually wanting* to help people. Heroes SHOULD get paid for the good work they do, but they need not be Heroes if that is the *only* reason they're heroes to begin with.

Why would people down vote the Critic's actual video solely because they didn't like one of the commercials he was reviewing? I don't doubt it happens, I just don't get why.
Alexander Sigstad if there was such a thing as a wage gap then why keep paying men when it's better to keep only woman hired and get extra for the company. also there is a thing called the equal pay act of 1963 and 1970. also if it still exists then might as well say anything that is fashion or makeup companies or fashion magazines men get payed less. the stats are biased due to them not involving equal same job and equal part for every part of the job for both men and women. if your boss is unfair then call the people of equal work for equal pay.

The reason the Game Boy sold better than the Game Gear and Atari Lynx is because Sega and Atari misunderstood the market. They poured their money into the system's graphics and backlight. Both were impressive but sapped a shit-ton of battery life. The Lynx took 8 batteries and a later model took 6 along with the Game Gear and lasted roughly 2 hours. The Game Boy's battery life lasted between 10 to 30 hours. Not to mention the expansive library

Little Babies Ice Cream? Based on what I know about it, it seems like the creator was given complete creative freedom, and that inspired him to delve into the deepest corner of his imagination. Sometimes it's a great idea, sometimes it's a grave mistake.
