@@GhanaBound I’m a person who knows what it’s like to live in a place where you can’t afford to live in. I live in NYC. Everything is so expensive because everyone wants to live and breathe here. Many NYers left and went to Atlanta, Ga.(States). We drove the prices up in that area. The average person from Atlanta can’t afford to live there. Can’t buy homes because home prices are sky high. After sometime the NYers get use to living there and they became victims of the high prices too. Because the jobs were NOT paying NY wages. The jobs were paying Atlanta wages. Which wasn’t enough to sustain themselves. Many are living “house poor” Meaning they are barely surviving. When it’s cold you can’t keep the heat on because it’s costly nor can you run the ac in the summer because you can’t afford it. I’ve heard that some African Americans doing the same in Ghana. It’s all fine and good when you get there but once you start living there it’s totally different. You’re no longer making American dollars and living an American life. You become just like your average Ghanaian. Making Ghanaian wages but living in a home that cost as much as a home in the states. I’m a nurse. I can afford this home but once I move there I won’t be making the same wages to sustain this home. We have to look at this long term.

Yes it's so important to plan plan and plan before making the move, Ghana is a wonderful place to live and we can't express enough the importance of having a few streams of passive income before coming home. If we had the chance to go back and talk to ourselves before we headed to Ghana we would have started a online business 5 years before we headed to Ghana. Having access to pounds, dollars ect ect really makes a huge difference.

All of the developments are great but with house prices quickly reaching house prices over here while wages are nowhere at all close, and the economy does not support this by providing adequate jobs and opportunities, the risk of a bubble being created is almost inevitable. If the creation of jobs, goods, manufacturing and services that keep cash flowing and in cycle through the economy within these countries exists then it’ll be more palatable

We all know the value of trees to human life. At least good ventilation and natural air conditioning as it's common in the olden days.
It actually contributes to good health and long life.
When you're replacing the natural with the artificial all in the name of modernity, you are actually doing yourself more harm than good.
