People stop saying in your videos that the lands are cheap "they land is only such and such" etc, etc, I know most of the diaspora going to buy land in Africa have never owned land before or even had home ownership so the are just looking at the dollar amt when they convert into their respective currencies. Please take into consideration that these lands have no municipal services so it will incur additional cost to the Buyer to bring these services to the iand. There is also cost to survey and clear the land, etc, etc. All these cost add up. Many diasporans are mislead by these videos and run to buy land and are not prepared for the additional costs and find themselves in financial trouble. The Africans on the other hand hear this as a valid reason to inflate prices on land, building materials, services, etc. This also push prices way above the reach of the locals and breathes resentment towards the diasporans.
