@@Mr_deez89 240 is the goal for now, probably gonna pull the motor and build it at some point and try to push for 300. Really gonna be squeezing the little 2560r for everything it has haha.
Little bit late to the party maybe, but i'm running a garret gt2554R on my stock 1.8VVT and i'm running 235whp and 280wtq. stock wastegate is arround 0.6 bar, but i'm using a boostcontroller to let the boost creep up in the higher rpms to 0.85 bar. with this small turbo combined with the 1.8 i've got insane spool times and my turbo is happy throughout the whole rev range.

just in stalled same kit on an NB but getting a ton of flutter on low rpm shifts .-. wonder what I did wrong
If it’s the turbo smart blow off valve, I’ve had that happen too. You might be able to adjust the BOV but mine still did it on part throttle.

If you want 240 and you're getting a garrett turbo get no smaller than a gt2560
