Hey I just worked it out after getting a 2015 e320 today!! Okay you see the silver turning knob next to the storage compartments/ arm rest? All you have to do is push it backwards forwards to go up and down, or left and right to reach other options on the menu. Feel free to ask more questions if you have not worked it out yet 😊
This is one of the worst systems I've ever encountered, it is absolutely pathetic, any electronics manufacturer would be completely dismissed if they had a system this bad. I have been a lifelong supporter of Mercedes-Benz, but man are the interfaces absolutely horrible.
