Sweet, Deborah! I knew all of it, but did not know that I can click the end of a paragraph to have copied formatting apply to the entire paragraph. I always dragged my cursor over the entire paragraph, which works, too, but not as efficient. Thanks for the great tip!
That end-of-paragraph marker has the paragraph formatting embedded in it, which is why that works. I can't remember where I learned that, but it's been really helpful to know.

Each time I double-click the format painter, it never stays sticky.
