This is very good info. I was on Pengabalin (Lyrica) up until last October (2023). I progressively gauged down, from 150mg/twice a day to 25 gr. Bad idea! Sciatica/knee pain came roaring back with a vengeance. I am now progressively back to my dose, especially due to the fact that my recent epidural did not produce any pain blocking results. Although it appears to be safe for the long run. However if you happen to be a younger male and is in the prime of his child producing period...good luck. Pengabalin blocks pain signals to the nerves. Its does NOT pick targets. E.D. with a vengeance...:(
