The Delhi Police should be embarrassed. Theyve proven that theyre unable to perform police duties.Their positions should be advertised & their employment ceased
In my country, Italy, The police caught an Ebay scammer, but could do nothing to the guy, not even get him to refund the victims because his living standards were quite low and nothing could be legally confiscated, not even his car.
No one goes to jail for small crimes.
The police are not allowed to supply the name and address of the scammer to avoid revenge.
The Delhi police are corrupt, and are taking payments from these scumbags so as not to investigate them.
Not every cop there is corrupt though, and a few do their job as they should
It contributes to the local economy + bribery
Is a way of looking at it...
The Indian police are in on it. Why would they stop a good thing that puts money in their own bank account? Absolutely disgusting
@@jerzywoking1699100% 🎯
These scammers are horrible ambassadors for India and Nigeria. That said, thank you Jim, for exposing the scum.
It's nice to know that the majority of people in their home countries despise what they do, to the point they have to hide it from their own communities.
@@herbivorethecarnivore8447 Personally don't believe that to be the case! They despise being called out in public and around the globe, but even the police and authorities do nothing to stop it! There are numerous companies enabling these people in what they do from VoIP services, remote control software to payment processors who all know it's going on and do very little to stop it!
And jamaica
@herbivorethecarnivore8447 They aren't doing enough about it, it's easy to say we don't agree with them, how about the Indian government step up
@@Monk-E India is rampant with government and police corruption. Nothing will ever happen to these scammers. They often just bribe the police and nothing comes of it.
JIm is the godfather of anti-scam channels. Some of the others might outperform him algorithmically, but they all respect him immensely and you can see why. Absolute GOAT.
?
And he has an amazing sense of humour
TBF to them everybody with larger channels will tell you who the GOAT is ..they all respect Jim
@@bigboss7027 Excuse me. What is a Goat?
"Algorithmically"... Now that's a word that halved my testosterone level.
I actually stopped a scam as a cashier. Some lady was on the phone while buying a card so I asked what it was for and she said insurance and immediately I knew it was some dude in Dubai trying to get money from her, and she ended up not buying it but it took a ton of convincing, cause as a cashier, I can't stop her from purchasing anything. I can only give her reason to and not to
I think as a cashier you can call the police if you're suspecting something illegal though
@@twanvanderdonk2504also businesses are allowed to refuse service, even more so when fraudulent undertakings are suspected.
A scammer tricked my grandma into believing her computer was infected and that she owed a lot of money. He got a lot of her personal info and then made her go to the gas station in the middle of the night to buy gift cards to pay off her debt. She couldn't bus and she doesn't drive so she had to walk! In her pajamas and slippers!! this was about two years ago but it still makes me angry. The scammer told her to keep him on the line while he told her what to do. The cashier at the gas station could tell something was up and so he asked if he could talk to whoever it was she was calling. So she handed him the phone and he just cussed the scammer out and hung up before telling my porpor she got tricked. Huge respect the cashier and you too for helping strangers out like that. Since that incident, my family regularly sends videos like this and also articles about the latest scam to our family whatsapp.
Well done 😊
Behind the scenes, there is so much happening that we cannot see. Gotta respect the work, Jim! ❤
Good one checkmark who has low views despite having a million subs
You're right. There is quite a bit that I can't publish. You may just noticed that I switch between my own screen and the scammer watching my screen so that you can see him disconnecting his remote session and his phone call :)
Nice spot.
@@HighTide_808Their channel has less total views than total subscribers, which I’ve never seen once on this platform, other than new, recently created second channels from big creators. Definitely bought subscribers.
Ironic on a scambaiting video to discover this.
so wat hs the low views high sub gt to do with the tireless dedicated work jim is doin to prevent scammers from scammin ppl?? hes creatin content the aim is to watch wat he makes nt watch how many hav watched u dnt like it dnt watch it n find something else useful yo do with ur time
@@jamiemcmullen3647chill dude; they were referring to the OP of this thread, lake, not Jim.
Jim im from india and watching these scammers feel so embarrassing, Quick suggestion you should try to contact indian media (news channels) instead of police
I will try that route next time. Thanks.
@@JimBrowning Agreed, news channels are always looking for content like this to showcase the lack of effort from Indian Police. When people outside India have to single handedly do this task instead of an entire division of police assigned to it, News channels will definitely be interested in bringing this to the masses on prime time TV. That pressure is what makes the Indian Police get off their ass and do their job...sad reality but it is true.
I have been a long time follower on your channel and love what you do Jim, I have a close journalist friend in Press Trust of India (PTI) and I can connect you with her if you need. She probably has even more friends in news channels. Please do lemme know what email I should send you her info on.
Regardless, keep up the good work man!
Not a bad idea.
Indian media is more sold out than the police itself they actually care shit about something like this.

The scammer talking about regret and taking a step back was hilarious 🤣
Thanks for what you do Jim! You are a hero.
Thank you so much for this support Faraz.
I got scammed this Christmas 2023 by Indian scammers pretending to be 02 customer service...they hacked into my bank account and scammed £3,000...both my 02 account and bank account are now in the hands of investigators...yesterday new year's eve, I received my bank statement to see that the investigators have retrieved my money...keep up the good work...watching from the south east of England 🏴
Nobody will ever ask you for your a verification code. End of story.
@@marcfabricatore1506 Yes there are. Insurance and various companies ask you for the verification code to confirm you and access your account from their end. Just because you are with that company doesn’t mean every employee has access to your info lol.
They don't get your money bck it's save as long as u was conned u will get it bck from bank not the scammer you have no idea do you?
@dongerz666 this is not true...
@@jakey9065 Yeah, it's not true. You can't just get your money back most of the time. These scammers use P2P money-transferring apps.
I really am looking forward to the day when Jim intercepts a scammers call and it's Kitboga talking to the scammers
That would be absolutely hilarious

Insane how YT forces Jim to have to block the names of these monsters praying on our precious elders.
Please educate your loved ones as often as possible, they will say "yeah they know" usually, but these scammers are very cunning and will find a way to convince them.
Also... Governments, please weaponize Jim and others who are fighting back, since you won't/can't.
Yeah? If they haven't been charged with anything, you dont go revealing public information on the internet about them. Jim browning does some absolutely wonderful work, but doxing is a whole can of worms that youtube doesn't want on their site.
@@TechnicalOverideif doxing generates enough revenue they’ll probably turn a blind eye
@@TechnicalOveride Agreed, but the sad reality is they will never be charged with anything if things stay the same. At least Jim leaves little if any doubt they are guilty.
I'm a huge fan of kitboga because he keeps things really lighthearted, but nothing compares to the satisfaction of watching Jim Browning strike the fear of god into scammers.
When he said “Do not shake your hands” to the frail old lady holding the check I lost it.
I love that Jim has such disarming accent but his voice strikes fear into scammers.Love everything you and the scambaiting community do to help people.
The thing is, in person, he looks fairly intimidating ;P (people's call center footage)
Whenever I watch a scammer get called out like this I watch the video with a big smile on my face.
I love how you talk to them about knowing where they live like you're implanting paranoid thoughts into them about how much power you have over them lmao
There isn't much Jim can do anyway. The local authorities still call the shots.
@@MarkHall-cf6ji there is actually 2 time where Jim force authorities to move because of definitive evidence. but sadly those scammer have more bigger connection on those authorities and they either just escaped safely or lightly punished.
@@hakimapg or bribe
@MarkHall-cf6ji I'm aware unfortunately. Shithole countries kind of perpetuate this nonsense
I think videos like this should be mandatory to be shown at all assisted living/independent living and senior citizens centers and once a person reaches a certain age then the banks have to speak to the person before they can send anything.
My aunt just got scammed for 87k. Never thought anything like this would happen so close to home. Need to educate my family better
So sorry to hear this Steve... Wish I had them in my sights....
@@JimBrowning they've got the FBI involved trying to get anything back but it's likely that won't happen.
That's a lot of money. How did the banks allow it? Don't credit card companies have fraud protection?
@@MarkHall-cf6ji I don't know the whole story. I tried not to pry. They have businesses though
@@MarkHall-cf6jicredit cards have protection, not actual banks. 😢
There are so few heroes in the world, it is refreshing to be reminded that they do indeed exist.
I'm impressed with your actions. You're a hero of people who live honestly. I support your actions for a world without scammers and thank you for your service!!😊
Thanks for the support. Nice to hear from Korea!
Really making a difference and not just view farming. Doing us Northern Irish proud 🍀 what a legend!
Thanks CB
YO JIM! I SPEAK ON BEHALF OF THE ENTIRE COMMUNITY WHEN I SAY, THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICES SIR!
Thanks Gary
People usually tell soldiers "thank you for your service" and i never understand that bs... telling that to Jim Browning on the other hand, yes i totally understand.
@almightyIrie you do know you can thank all kinds of people for their service, right? Without those people to volunteer in your place we'd have no bodies to send out to die in your place or we'd end up with a draft, so yeah telling them thank you for your service is the least you can do. Doesn't have to be more than that. Also, telling Jim thank you for your service is appropriate as well...as he provides a service. Doesn't have to be one or the other. 😂
@@honestyisadyingvirtue doesn't have to be the one or another, but usually i always read that with reference to soldiers and cops.. why not firefighters? nurses and doctors? lawyers? nah, always cops and soldiers.. that's what i was hinting on - i don't care if somebody gets sent out to die unless it's for a cause i support. And the majority of "defending our freedom" is not really "defending our freedom", is it? Yet we thank those "defending our freedom" rather than those helping us out "at home". Bottom line i'm just happy to finally read that line in another context than cops and soldiers.
I know it's not much, but it's for encourage you sir, to continuing doing what you are doing. Helping scammed people! THANK YOU
Thank you Eumarline. It is definitely encouraging. Thank you for your support.

Truly an internet hero, thank you for everything you've been doing against those scammers.
Anyone with grandparents still with us should watch these videos with them, the best way to stop scammers is by giving the potential victims the knowledge to spot and avoid getting scammed. Seeing these people get manipulated by the scammers is disgusting, thank you for everything you do Jim!
When my grandparents were still around they were scammed several times by these POS.
I show these videos to my mother all the time.
But there are people like my mother who will forget within 6 months of telling her. She's stubborn too and won't listen for long. Some people are beyond help and too headstrong to listen.
@@Gnomesmakemesmile exactly, the responsibility shouldn't fall on the victims.
We should deal with these scammers the same way we deal with drug dealers
It isn't just older folks that get scammed. Young people also fall for scams too.
Striking fear into scammers hearts. That's why I love you Jim Browning
Truly the hero so many people need. Hats off to you, as ever.
My grandfather recently got scammed by someone claiming to be police and made him click some stuff on his Paytm account (a very commonly used indian internet transaction medium) my grandfather did end up realising that it was a scam and didn't do anything they told him to after that but it was already too late and he did end up losing a lot of money I hope you can make a video on these scams too if possible !
He has been getting a lot of phone calls from these kind of numbers too which just don't stop coming
Jim browning is really the apex predator of scammers and by far the best anti scamming UA-cam channel. Others like kitboga are funny enough and do good work, but there's always something in the way that jim always seems to be able to do whatever he wants with the scammer's computer on a whim, and in the calm but still very intimidating tone in his voice and it just comes together to make such a satisfying video
He doesn't turn it into a clownshow or soap opera like Kit and the other guy does.
@@TheWonksterI enjoy that about Jim. He explains the situation, gives us the info, and doesn't try to be flashy or extravagant about doing the right thing.
Kitboga has done some great work in wasting scammers time his bitcoin website is hilarious
Check out scammer payback too
@@TheWonkster There's a need for all sorts in the world. Jim is the apex predator for sure, Pierogi does a great job in the middle with a lot of show but also hacking. Kit is more about the show but wastes an incredible amount of their time that they can't use on someone else and his work with Kracken and Anydesk has real results. Power to all the scambaiters!
Keep doing what you do Jim. I love your work so much and as a former victim of scammers it's so satisfying to see them getting what they deserve. Keep up the work👍👍

The police are not there to help people. They have harassed minorities, students, farmers. It is the right wing ecosystem that gets protected
@@jdmjesus6103 the only people that can fix the Indian police is the Indian people. From what I've seen of scammers- telling their families - especially with female scammers - seems to be their weakness.
I know you've worked with Pirogi and some of the other scambaiters, but what I really love about your content is that you never resort to name calling or swearing or even raising your voice (at least, that's all you ever show in your videos.) It's the same bored British tone, and it's amazing to "reason them down" so to speak. I love it, and if I had the means, I'd support the work you do.
