I’ve noticed the strongest people know how to get a lot out of light weight accessory movements. It makes sense to save the heavy weights for your main lift and then find ways to challenge and stimulate the muscles without adding unnecessary systemic fatigue.
These are great tips. The first one with the horseshoe bar is really good. I have that attachment and didn't even know you could use it like that for triceps until I seen another UA-cam video about 6 months ago,2 guys were working out in a garage and he showed this exercise. But I Gotta say your video is better because of the angle your showing. Thanks big guy!! Great tip for tricep growth.I subscribed and gave a thumbs up!!
I like this guy because he seems so down to earth easy going guy. I almost feel so relaxed, I feel like I'm there. I never knew that part of using the d bar handle for triceps .Thanks for the tip. Been using it.
Great content Ben! If I could give one minor suggestion, it seems like your audio levels consistently come in very low on your videos. If you could bump it up by 25 or 50% it would be much easier to hear over any background noise or music!
Man my triceps shake when benching and dumbell pressing. For about 10 years I've struggled to add any weight to my bench maybe 5 kg. I don't see any major results from working out. The only results I see is when I do weighted push ups pull ups and weighted dips. When I do bodyweight for a month I see major improvements in strength
I’ve been following you for a while now and I’ve learned a lot from you.
Appreciate that my friend! Your support means a lot! Glad I could help you out
