Irrelevant to the video, but i wanna ask if you recommend doing one set of a heavy hold prior to going for a 1RM? Or if you only recommend it for training submaximal loads?
Great question! Really depends if you feel you get much out of it in terms of performance after. If it doesn't fatigue you and you feel more powerful after than I would!
Hey, this is not about the video. I have a question. Just got my first bench shirt(Inzer HD Blast$ and I was wondering if it’s ok to cut the back? Will it still function?
Why do you want to cut it have you used it yet? It may help by cutting it if you have used it and are not getting much out of it. It’s gunna weaken the durability of the shirt seeing it wasn’t designed to be an open back. And if you compete in it make sure they allow open back shirts
I’m not a professional by any means but it sounds like you’re on the right track if your back is fatiguing, I’d probably recommend more back work and I’m sure it could endure your full bench sets
@@owen.voisey not really. My back is really weak with all types of rows and vertical pulls, the only thing I'm good at when it comes to back is deadlifts
I'm going to try this thanks
Nice! Got a big bench day coming up tomorrow!
It’s like you’re reading my mind Iv been focusing on that the last few days
Well begun is half done.

@@langwell21 makes sense. Thank you.
Hey Ben, I feel like my back fatigues so quickly ( especially my scapula retraction) when I'm flexing my back during the bench, how do I fix this?

@@owen.voisey does your back fatigues too during benching?
@@MonsterFishKeepersPH on my higher rep sets my back does feel tired sometimes. Do you use a lot of back work in your routine?

@@MonsterFishKeepersPH this is your sign to do more rows, more pull ups and pull downs. The carry over on the bench is crazy with back movements
Bruh. Just do a normal beard
