Hey Dane, this is out of the blue but I would love to see you reacting to a pro soccer club’s gym training session(s) like Real Madrid’s, PSG, or any Premier League team. The reason why is because I think European soccer clubs tend to miss key elements when it comes to strength and conditioning & I’d like to see your POV on this. You can simply type the team name + gym training and you’ll get loads of videos. Also, they’re mostly in-season i guess so that’s something to take into consideration.

Think I was more impressed on movement 17 that you were able to reach back and lift dumbbell off floor without blowing your shoulder joint than actual lift. Good content.
I was taught a similar move to the Tell Extension, but we brought it back to chest then down instead of the circular motion -- better to go straight back with it?
A lot of repetition in exercises with a little Deviation… Not sure muscles grow based upon different exercise or do they grow based upon stress put onto them by 1/2 the exercise but with the same amount of reps… BUT, if you are looking for something to spark your routine WHY NOT!
@garage strength Offtopic but I think that incline barbell bench is better than bench press for basketball players is that correct or should basketball players just use like dumbells for bench?
