Hello Sir, I missed this trending niches video so badly,. Thank you for bringing this back. I have two questions. 1. "SummerWeen" is related to some kind of show, I just googled it to get some kind of inspiration then I found this, Can you please check this? Maybe I am wrong. 2. Can you please make one video only dedicated to the US Election cause there are so many designs out there and to my little knowledge most of them fall into the grey area, I mean should sell or shouldn't. On the flip side, at this moment this niche is selling like crazy, so I am requesting you to make one video to help people like me so that they can figure out whether they will step into this niche or not? Thank you once again.

1. You're right it does come up with an old show, but the designs are in no way related to that show so I don't really see any issues selling these. They're not connected from what I can tell.
2. My answer would be sell election shirts all day on Etsy, red bubble, teepublic, Shopify etc. - but on Amazon merch stay away from them. There's always a risk they could get you banned as it's a grey area on Amazon merch

I had made a teeshirt design just to see what it would look like and it isn't a defendant on trial for second degree murder exactly, its a zombie that looks like her and has identifiers in the image that anyone following the case would know add up to her. Question is, can i put this design up commercially or would that be violating her rights since she hasn't been found guilty yet

With Olympics 2024, I know you can't use the name or any logos etc that are copyrighted. But can I design a swimming team USA shirt if I don't say "Olympics" Can I use USA swimming team specifically?
