    Woooow, I learned so much in only 15 minutes and I just studied the vocabulary for TOCFL Band A and understood almost everything. Gave me a a little feeling of accomplishment. 😊
    I also cannot go back to Taiwan right now despite receiving the Huayu Scholarship... hope to be back soon. ❤️

    Lecture ideas:I think you are a great teacher; suiran ... danshi has definitely been covered by other teachers, so has the three de's. What I Still think hasn't been adequately addressed is the ba structure and also word order in complex sentences. These are both quite different from English and while others do talk about those two the word order videos tend to be simple even superficial, falsely claiming "oh it's just SVO no problem!" and just about no one mentions that Chinese is topic centered whereas English is subject centered and how that impacts the sentence. Meanwhile the ba structure, here i would not bother going in to ba as a measure word UNLESS it is somehow related to the use of ba as a constructor for the accusative. Most importantly we lack rote sentence drills, which are stupid but work. Three example sentences, at least, of good dialogue style sentences like
    Put the coffee on the table -- which i am certain requires ba
    Throw the ball to the boy -- i do believe we need be here but i may be wrong
    Give your homework to the teacher -- which can probably be constructed without ba

    Is it "Although I am not your friend" or "Although I don't know your friend" ??

    • @jezzaboi2168
      @jezzaboi2168 3 роки тому +2

      they used the word "認證“ which means to approve, or certify. so i guess " I am not your friend" would be more accurate?
