It's really nice to listen to 2 Chinese teachers speak. You guys really know how to speak in a way that learners can understand without being too artificial. Great video 👍

I find it so pleasing to watch Taiwanese videos. Their sounds are so soft and gentle even when they speak fast. I am learning HSK 4 but I automatically click this channel whenever I want to listen Chinese conversations. 🤭

Hello, your vidéos are extremely helpful for me. I’m doing right now an exchange student in taiwan, it’s been 1 year I’ve been here and now I can understand really good. Your video are really good for learning chinese because you don’t speak to fast, like we can understand every words you said. I really this way for learning chinese it’s help me so much with my pronunciation and my listening skills ~ thank you ~

great video, but what would you say this level of mandarin is (intermediate, advanced)? like is this vocabulary stuff you’d hear in daily life (but faster ofc) or are you guys speaking extra simple on purpose? i’m just wondering because i can understand most of this video but i don’t know if that means i’ll actually be fine in taiwan lol

2:36: you fu - what does that mean? I just really love this format of the video. Also the subtitles. Im learning traditional characters so the subs really help to understand the spoken words more. The topic is also a good choice. I mean you COULD also, for example, talk about the 東寧王國, which would also be very interesting. But dating is also fine I guess :D

Hi Aldrick, 月老 is the name of a deity considered to be a god of love stuff. It’s short for 月下老人 literally ‘old man under the moon’. Miss Lin has some overlay text at 14:29 that explains a bit more.

Hi Jorge. You can slow the video down to a speed that's easier for you to follow by clicking the "settings" cog and then choosing your "playback speed". Maybe try listening on a slower speed a few times to understand the conversation and then listen again on normal speed to help tune your ear to a more natural native conversation. Hope that helps.
