It's beautiful and disheartening at the same time how the greatest artists often have to choose between fame/wealth and staying true to who they are. These guys are true legends and icons not only for pioneering the future of hardcore/metalcore, but also for walking away from the industry machine and continuing to make great music while remaining humble, which can't be said for many of their contemporaries.
I love that metal and punk are the only genres of music where it's totally fine for fans to get on stage, rock out, and then stage dive! Melts my black heart.🖤
My single mom bought me a plane ticket to the states so I could go to hellfest, met the guys and got to ride with em to the venue. I will always cherrish that man.
why? they're all late 30 somethings that all have normal jobs and can play a song from their past that literally everybody knows all the words to. can you say that for yourself?
Ryan wasn't the biggest fan of it anymore but they played it because the fans wanted to hear it.. To update them now, Hornbrook is playing drums for Dhani Harrison Brad opened a few food joints in florida Ryan runs a few clubs for goldenvoice in LA including mainstage for coachella Jeff, I dont know what the fuck jeff is doing, I just know he's in chicago now and I make fun of him every chance I get
i know the little asian girl boy that jumped on stage the last two times. we will be there jan 18th for the anniversary! watch out cuz its happening same song same time again!
