Honestly I just started as Acc tech with Walmart and I am not confident with any of the stuff there "techs" have trained me in,( I have 0 experience in the automotive dept and I disclosed this in every interview and they said they'd train me) I'm talking to my supervisor in the morning about how different the videos they made me watch for 3 days are polar opposites of how there techs work...I dont want to be that guy in the work place but this is someone's personal vehicle, that they most likley rely upon for their well being and they're just tossing me at cars without any hands on training after watching 6 hours of bare minimum information on every aspect of the job... no.... just no you can find someone to teach me the right way or you need to shut down your acc branch for this Remote ass town in Illinois and IF I cant have a serious discussion with my superiors about only haveing the two members of the team that have 20 + experience each ; Training me the right way. then the company needs to stop offering ACC.

Good footage, I don't blame the employees but the Wal-Mart Corporate Culture. The owners need their $billions while they pay their employees lowly wages and provide little if any training. Vehicles can be dangerous if improperly repaired, these employees deserve proper training and a livable wage.

Why wouldn't you tell her that you had the tires before going further 🤣

We said we'd like "4 tires put on" to the first guy and that we had a 10am appointment which specified we were bringing the tires. Her screen also brought up the same tires we bought and brought with.

HELP PLEASE. Walmart put new tires on 2016 Nissan Rogue (90kmiles) and 2014 Nissan Altima (53kmiles); before getting new tires vehicles were driving straight. Rogue - first I have changed rear tires in Rogue at Walmart, after that I noticed the vehicle pulls to the right and I went to Pepboys because Walmart does not have the wheel alignment service; Pepboys fixed the issue but gave me wrong printout from another vehicle, later I went to Walmart to rotate the tires and after that vehicle started pulling left, so I went for realignment to Pepboys again, they fixed that but the printout still says that one of alignments is out of the recommended specs??? SHALL I GO TO PEPBOYS AGAIN MAYBE AT DIFFERENT LOCATION? Altima - changed front tires first at Walmart and vehicle started shaking at higher speeds, so I went to Walmart again and asked them to rebalance the front and put new tires in the rear; after that I removed the wheel cups and I noticed that the weight they put was not attached at all to the wheel (so I returned back to Walmart and I lost the weight on the way) to rebalance the tire again. Today they rebalanced the left front tire but the vehicle started pulling to the right. PLEASE HELP? ARE THOSE MECHANICS SUBBOTAGING CARS in order to get more work/money??? Today AM there were 4 mechanics at Walmart in Mulberry, FL but no vehicles being serviced.

A summary would've been better. I only read 1/4 of that. Your car's problem is easy to fix.

Rogue could possibly be a torn belt (can happen when tires are stored in a barrel stack position) alignment will not fix this kind of pull, you'll need to have them warranty the tire. The Altima sounds like the tire might need to be road forced and the suspension and alignment checked after the tire vibration is fixed

Walmart doesn't store their tires in the barrel stacked position.

The 2016 has a steering position angle sensor that has to be programmed after alignment if it’s not it’s not pulling you have the wheel straight put the tires arnt pointing straight that tells me it needs to be programmed with the scan tool Pepboys charges $30 for that
