HOW TO sand MDF shaker doors

First step - saves me 1 coat of primer! Sanding before primer with 320 grit sandpaper - until it becomes a bit gloss and very smooth ( some call it polishing raw mdf)

Here's my go to system for painting MDF door:
1) sand
2) prime 1st coat
3) sand
4) prime 2nd coat
5) light sand
6) two coats wet on wet
All 2k polyurethane system ( either water or solvent based polyurethane)
