Got mine a couple of weeks ago and very happy. It's my first shotgun so had no bias. I use my middle finger for the lever so don't have to move from the trigger. Cycles flawlessly. Mine didn't come with a manual sadly.
When loading the tube, Squeeze the lever but only half insert the shell. Then you can release the lever. Use the next shell to push the first shell in and leave the second shell half out, Use the third shell to push in the second and leave the third half out Etc
Noticed my sights is slightly off too but not really an issue because i have had a red dot on it from the start. Loading it feels a lot more natural if you grip it upside down while loading it, sort of just slide across the lever as you feed the rounds in. 1 thing that does annoy me a little is having to push the action button as well as pulling the lever every time you loaded it. But overall really like the gun.
Find it helps to press the lever once then just keep the loading gate held open with a finger. Point the muzzle up, hold the stock against your leg and load upwards.
