Guess level of heat is in the eye of the beholder. Serranos and jalapeños have no heat theses days, unless you grow your own. Got to add handful of chile de arbol to kick up the Caliente factor..

Ummm....garlic? What kind of salsa doesn't have garlic? To each his own but that's a big miss in my book. Pro tip, a small amount of Mexican oregano would do wonders as well.
