    Just need rice, caldo de pollo, and water. Less is more. 😊

    what ive understood about the reason why you add hot water or your hot tomatoe caldo into the rice once its been browned is so that it can cook faster and it wont drastically drop the temperature of the pan 🎉

    Thank you for the recipe. My mom was German and my dad was Mexican. His mother taught her how to make rice and beans. It was so simple and so delicious.

    Yes but needs some peas and carrot. Maybe also some diced green pepper.
