Texas has some of the most beautiful homes. However, I find it insulting that developers put the homes so close together in this price range. No privacy. Hardly worth it over all.
In Texas, the houses are so close together, that you can BARELY park a car between two houses.

The reason why I prefer to stay on an acreage. I need my privacy. I have a blinds business and over 90% of the homes I do, I could look over and see the neighbors inside their homes 🤦♀️.

I’ve read some of the comments about people saying 2.1 million is too much money for the houses to be so close. I’m metro Dallas, 2.1 million is not going to get you an estate on 5 acres anymore. Not within the major metro area. There are some lots like that, but they were bought decades ago. You can get it, but you will be in the country for 2.1.
Agree, $2M is not a lot of money anymore for this kind of property. The starting price of this floor plan is $1.3M without the pool and all upgrades.

This is a very beautiful house but it has some foolish designs. I love the fact that it has an elevator but who needs an elevator and a two-story closet? Usually when a person has an elevator in their home they're disabled so a two-story closet is not accessible. Too many steps here and there but lovely home

How would a homeowner change the light bulbs in those vaulted ceilings? IMPOSSIBLE. One would have to hire someone with a very tall ladder, or risk injury. And why three rooms with sofas? I'd prefer a great room with more space to entertain. Someone should have put the lid down on the toilet in the one bathroom. And I am not impressed with the cold, sterile black, white and gray decor. COLOR, PLEASE!

This house was show cased by navarealitygroup a year ago from $900,00 to $1,6000,000 but now is over $2,000,000. This inflation is really getting me confused?
Similar houses in this community start around $900k +, But this floor plan to build costs around $2mln. Model House in the video with all upgrades is now for sale for $2.1m. It’s still possible to build a similar floor plan for $1.5m.
$63K property tax each year. High cost in Texas.
My clients are happy with their houses. If you can afford this house, you can also pay the tax. On the other hand, only people who don’t know finances pay taxes 😀

5700 sq ft probably cost around $800k starting, depends on the location/community 2 years ago. If it is in a good community, it is probably around a million, give or take. $2.1 million now is LMAO now.

This model name is Villa Vecchio and this house was one of the first projects of this builder. Initially it's price was $600,000 in 2021 because that time they weren't established in this area. I have inquired personally in September 2021.

I just wanted to specifically say that this is amazing work. I watch a LOT of home tour videos from all over. Very rarely is someone so thorough, and very rarely so insanely patient to do this much light stepped walking all over a property, opening every door, taking the time to give sweeping views to allow the viewer to judge scale and more. This is excellently done. I realize it takes probably 5 times the amount of effort and time to do it this well, and I just think you should know that its very appreciated. Two many living rooms or sitting rooms not enough kitchen counter space. neighbors to close, a lot of wasted space and to much white and black, to cold and industrial.

The comments posted by narrow-minded, ungrateful, complaining people should all be deleted, sir. It's just impossible to satisfy some people no matter what you do. You are doing an excellent job showing off these gorgeous homes available for sale. Your job is simply to do what you are naturally suited to do. Do not respond to complainers about their "slowness" (even answering their complaints is not mandatory). You are guaranteed to get complaints that the camera is moving too fast if you start moving the camera faster. You shouldn't feel bad for doing what you love just because there are people who are jealous or careless enough to complain about a video you made.

Lovely home. A few things, surprised the master wasn't a little larger, as far at the actual space for the king size bed. Also the two story master closet was very cool, however it looked like a rather narrow path, and you know that people would be trying to put something on up there, so maybe round the corners of the walkway to give the owner a little more space, and maybe work in a mirror somewhere up there. Really too bad you couldn't convince the guy in the office to take a 5 minute break, so we could see office, I guess his 5 minutes of sitting there is worth more than 900,000 views of this $2 million dollar home. And apparently, the new trendy colors for all new homes, are no color at all. White and gray. Feels cold IMHO.

The 2 story primary suite closet is beautiful.

I'm probably the only person on this thread who doesn't love the house. It's pretty and the bathrooms and guest rooms are magnificent, but the remainder of the house just feels cold to me. It's extremely modern looking with too many sharp angles, including the pool. I can't fathom small children living in a home like this. Ultimately, all of these features will date the house given the passage of time. I think I just like classic architecture that can span decades and easily transition with updates.
We all looking for something different. I prefer small homes under 3000sqft 😀 thank you for watching 🙏
The interior design is very behind modern European houses, I especially didn’t like the chandeliers, the lack of an elevator, the built-in unheated toilets and bidets
I wouldn't say I like modern interiors that look more like dental offices, not homes 😃 some modern interiors are ok, but too simple and cold.

I'm just not impressed with this. It looked dated. The styling choices to show it was weird, statues in front of the tv in the master. The walk in for the master lacked any and all of the current trends for masters such as glass display cabinets for your finer pieces. The backyard had no privacy from the neighbors at all and the open display of pipes at the side is atrocious. The display screen in the media room was not much bigger than a 75 inch tv which defeats the purpose of having a projector. Also white is not the color for a media room. The closets in the guest bedrooms are probably called walk in because they are a tiny room but that is not a walk in. In fact just the doors alone for the closets felt clostraphobic with how small they were. And finally, all white and black designs only really look good in more modern homes where they typically have more colorful artwork or art walls to break it up, in a house like this it just looked bland. My final impression is that this feels like someone built their first mansion without actually looking at any other mansions and just scaled up the designs from a 200k home and called it good enough.
