Good morning and happy Sunday Joe. Omg. The front elevation is amazing. That kitchen just needs color. Ok. I’m watching. Wow. Huge backyard. Know they’re costly but a larger pool and outdoor kitchen. Different layout on entry. Covered and enclosed lanai and entry. Lots of natural light. Maybe too much. Not a lot of wall for art or photos. Large pantry. Like the drop zone. Great laundry 🧺 room. Love the pool bath in the rear directly across from the door to the lanai. Perfect. Lovely primary. Love the barn doors. Great shower. Like the right and left sinks. Great closet. Ohhh. Was wondering what that door was; access to the laundry. Nice. Grand loft indeed with a great balcony. Joe the rain ☔️ is soothing. 1st bathroom nice. Like the ledge Ob I’ve the tub. Spacious 2 bedrooms. Need curtains on that Juliette balcony doors. Spacious 2nd primary. Like the en-suite. Cabinet 🗄️ closet/grand shower/love the to the right on entry. Would’ve been nice to see this staged. Beautiful home. Because of the layout the formal dining area to the left of the double door is far. 🤔. Joe! This home is absolutely amazing!! Did I say amazing already OK amazing. I actually shed a tear because I've dreamed of something like this, but of course it's the money being honest. Possibly four years ago before the market went crazy in Orlando this would have been possible, but not today. Jesus....
Hi Stephen. I know, I love this home too! I hear what you're saying. 4 years ago you could build this home for 700k-900k. It's almost double now and interest rates are up. But you never know my friend. I believe anything is possible. Have a great one!

@Orlando Home Finders yes I used to live in Winter Garden and moved to Naples for 2 yrs now and we're not happy. It's too old here and we miss our friends, but now we have our mother with us and need either a next gen home or a big home with 2 Master suites and a large kitchen. Definitely at least a 4/4. We're looking for a bigger yard to put a pool and outdoor kitchen. Let me know if you know anything that fits that description. Thanks

At the time of this video what was the price?
It's hard to say because like the OP said, this floorplan is not made any more and they are showcasing a model home, not a real buyable property. Based on the MLS in that immediate area for similarly priced homes, my best guess is somewhere around 1.5MM.
Hi Vinsanity @tellinustr8up. The base price was approx $1.5mm with standard lot. This lot was a premium lot over $200k, with almost $300k in upgrades. They just sold out the last phase, but they will be building again in the up coming month or so. I may be listing this home very soon. Please let me know if you're interested in purchasing a home in Orlando.
