MP Wheeljack was the first MP that I saw and instantly fell in love with and I made it a goal to get him and I DID! I felt so, so accomplished when I got him. I wish I could say the same about the Beast Wars Masterpieces, I *LOVE* BW but they're all stupidly expensive and they juuuust now getting KOd, so I can't even rely on that :;

I got him 2 months ago, and I love it as much as you do ! I got one other issue with it, he can't hold his gun... I tried to get it in his hand and it started to separate in 2 pieces... So it's in the box now. But for the figure itself, it's a great Wheeljack, a great Transformer and a great KO as well !
My pistol had exact same problem, before you mentioned that you altered it to fit I was asking "How the hell is he getting it to stay.?!?" lol...I think I'll leave mine. I did have one other problem, albeit a slight one on my KO WJ. His roof Autobot symbol is.....skinny? It's hard to explain..its kind of like a stamp that doesn't get pressed down hard enough..the design is there and the paint isn't faded or see thru but its like the didn't use enough of it..and some of the paint apps around the sides with the green and red lines are a little fuzzy on the white. This IS however a KO and I paid less than half of what the MPs are going for so...... me whining to myself is a moot point. Also, the more affordable KO line also allows me to eventually keep this one in alt mode and sticker him up reeeeel good with Reprolabels and then have an official version stand tall in Robot mode with his accessories. Life long TF Fan who just found your channel. Loved what I saw and subbed right away. Great work.
optimus prime is loosely based on a ken worth k100, or one of the other k series models, though it is difficult to say with certainty because the k series has so many different models, and each model with innumerable accessories, something funny to note is that the k100 is even more frail than g1 Optimus, with an incredibly bare chassis and tons of ground clearance
hmmm.......For cars?....Tracks I guess? simply for articulation. but MP in general? robot suit spike. bleh (also I wasn't a fan of MP Grimlock. again, articulation)
Great review! The stop motion aspect really bring these things to life! I have the same KO (although the box says TAKARA TOMY, his leg has the "TONY"...) and it scales perfectly with MPP10 Optimus in vehicle mode (about 1:27 - 1:29). In robot mode... well... Optimus is taller anyway... Btw, where did you find the extra stickers? They look fantastic and flush with the rest of the surface.

I did a stopmotion review once on this figure 100 years ago (actually spurred on by your stop motion reviews and my love for Wheeljack) but it felt weird not seeing you have one so, once again, I am glad you did it. And I like the dark background. Looking forward to whatever you next review ( I know it's gotta be hard with a new baby...well, maybe not quite so new now,lol)
I think it works especially good since Wheeljack is predominantly white, so a white figure on a white background tends to wash out details, where as a white figure in the dark brings them out just right. That said, I LOVE THIS FIGURE !!!!
Unfortunately mps (master piece) are usually too expensive, the latest version from the kingdom line isn't that bad which I'll keep it Mint in package for now. Great video thanks

red alert KO was traaaaaaash. my KO smokescreen was epic and only thing wrong with streak was an elbow joint. thus however, besides the gun not doing it's job as an exhaust pipe, is pretty much flawless

Awesome review, I don't like KO's but this one looks good, btw did you see the Hyneman sticker on the Reprolabels set? I love that little nod cause I would love to have a robot Jaime Hyneman, (because Adam always referred to him as a robot sometimes) I still need the Takara MP Wheeljack cause I want it and I still have the Reprolabels for him to apply. :)

Probably not. i'm only half way through combiner wars figures (of what I bought) and already I'm kinda burnt out from having to simultaneously review 6 figures, not ti mention the monotony of most of them being repaints.
+The Lazy Eyebrow Reviewer true, but it's an all female team w/ a unified paint scheme, combined weapons & ACTUALLY hands & feet. aside from money, how can any transformers fan ignore that?
don't get me wrong, I love that the repaints are stylized to be unique to each character for the most part. but after a while, what's left to talk about besides "this is grey Alpha Bravo" "this is green starscream" so on and so forth

He has to be amongst the top choices with fans in the popularity scale so that makes me assume it's instead a licensing issue with Porsche...BUT...they just paid Volkswagen a fortune not too long ago for Bumblebee's MP figure (again I'm assuming it was a fortune based on Bee's price tag which was about 3x what you would expect.) AND for those who may not be aware, Volkswagen owns Porsche, so you would think them going back to VW for Jazz would be an easy enterprise to get the contract. So what gives TakTomy/Hasbro? Ravage got your tongue?

If you want a bigger truck mode, get the MPP10 KO Optimus by Weijiang. It's upscaled and improved, although it is the same price.

the black background was temporary while I was between houses. but I gotta admit, man does the dark really bring out some of the best shots of figures

They should remold this into Sunstreaker. The transformation is almost identical in my opinion. And the could use the Datsun mold for Jazz

my ko wheeljack that I've had for about 9 months has lasted longer than my mp Ironhide which has a broken thumb and flame effect
