This includes a lot of squatting and lunging type motions which would probably be okay for someone who only avoids jumping, but would not be okay for someone who has extremely weak knees. If you have weak knees or any other problem that would inhibit you physically it would behoove you to learn to scan through an exercise video and gauge if it would be suitable for you on your own.
Good workout but she is going too fast. You need to pace it down a bit so that we have time to move the chair around and hold a good and safe posture for each exercise!
