Exactly! This was really annoying. They could just split the screen and show both at the same time whenever they switch moves, so no one gets lots during it

I really liked this... the only thing I did not like it's to focus on the ADVANCED version when switching moves...it should be a wide shot for me to decide which one I can pull off.
This one had me at ahhhhh... I paired this one with the 7 minutes session from y'day and made it a 14 minutes workout. I hope they bring more zumba classes 💕💕💕💕💕
A good core workout showing some really nice control which is really important to fire up the core muscles. Some of the same exercises that I use in my Pilates classes on my new channel - TabithaYoga - but in Pilates the movements are slower and we bring in the breath to extend the control and deepen the core workout. 🙏🏻🌸
As soon as you feel uncomfortable while doing these exercises, you should try to do it more slowly and if it still feels uncomfortable for you then you should leave out that specific exercise. I have problems with my back and some exercises just don't work for my back, so I leave them out and do a modified version. A good warm up also prevents injuries. Best wishes :)
