So I've started an every-day workout routine just a few days ago and I am doing some warm up cardio and some arms and upper body exercises with dumbbells before this one. So by the time I get to this exercise, I can do just round one. Is it too bad, should I better leave out some of the exercises before so I can do two rounds of this one?

love this!! just one suggestion... when you do the plies, hold ur arms up ( don't let ur elbow "sag") and it will also give you a nice workout in your arms! :D

IMPORTANT QUESTION: My knees pop during the leg lift extensions! Is this okay/ normal? It's NOT AT ALL PAINFUL but I'm afraid to do that exercise full force because I fear I could be damaging my knees in the long run. Should I be concerned???
It's normal; dancers' joints pop as well. If you were in pain, I would be concerned, but since you're not in pain just make sure that you do some more " plie's" as a warm-up before you start this exercise. :)
I can't do the leg extension knee bend thing with my toe pointed without an uncomfortable click at the back of my knee...am I doing something wrong with my form?
Actually even without weights the tone will start coming through. I'd focus on doing the moves full range and correctly before incorporating ankle weights, since they can limit that somewhat. I'm not a fitness guru but I do speak from experience. :)
I've tried out a few of the videos and i'm struggling a bit as i can't straighten my legs,out (never been able to) which i find frustrating as i want to tone my thighs up.
409valentine, how did this work for you? I've done it once. I wear the smallest size but freaking out lately as my fat levels have increased by 2% and my butt is the main area I want to turn this fat into muscle :(

Great workout :) Barre workouts are amazing. I used 1.5 lbs ankle weight to get a bit more burn and I really felt it.
