    I absolutely love Barre Workouts , I've seen AmAziNg results and have gained all my balance back from my severed Achilles tendon repair!! Thanks for this great workout! 🙌

    Definitely! Try it, I guarantee you that your legs will be burning! Make sure and check out our longer 39 minute one, too, I think it's quite a bit harder.

    thanks for this simple yet challenging video; I've been doing it almost every day this week. I really like that there is NO music, as most "exercise music" is very unpleasant. I will continue to do it next week, and I will look for more Barre exercises!

    This is a great Barre workout! I take this class at the gym and I wasn't to say in the 20 minutes i followed this routine I am actually dripping sweat! Fantastic workout!👍

    So I've started an every-day workout routine just a few days ago and I am doing some warm up cardio and some arms and upper body exercises with dumbbells before this one. So by the time I get to this exercise, I can do just round one. Is it too bad, should I better leave out some of the exercises before so I can do two rounds of this one?

    Great workout :) Barre workouts are amazing. I used 1.5 lbs ankle weight to get a bit more burn and I really felt it.

      Exercises is great way to get bigger butt. For people who want to get bigger butt fast, you can try *Imodstyle Bigger Butt Fast* . I have heard some great results with it. My friend has followed that guide in 23 days and now *her butt is become bigger, rounder and tighter* .

    love this!! just one suggestion... when you do the plies, hold ur arms up ( don't let ur elbow "sag") and it will also give you a nice workout in your arms! :D

    Great workout! But I was having back pain after round 1 -any reasons? I kept my form in check consistently even then it was hurting

    I have very big problem about my legs , my thighs. They are very big. I have my weight 52 kg. but they are too big when i wear jeans or skinny i have no confidence it's not beautiful.

    IMPORTANT QUESTION: My knees pop during the leg lift extensions! Is this okay/ normal? It's NOT AT ALL PAINFUL but I'm afraid to do that exercise full force because I fear I could be damaging my knees in the long run. Should I be concerned???

      It's normal; dancers' joints pop as well. If you were in pain, I would be concerned, but since you're not in pain just make sure that you do some more " plie's" as a warm-up before you start this exercise. :)

    I can't do the leg extension knee bend thing with my toe pointed without an uncomfortable click at the back of my knee...am I doing something wrong with my form?

    I love barre! I am trying to slim my legs (main problem area for me!), if I add ankle weights, do you think that might help?

      Actually even without weights the tone will start coming through. I'd focus on doing the moves full range and correctly before incorporating ankle weights, since they can limit that somewhat. I'm not a fitness guru but I do speak from experience. :)

    409valentine, how did this work for you? I've done it once. I wear the smallest size but freaking out lately as my fat levels have increased by 2% and my butt is the main area I want to turn this fat into muscle :(
