I accidentally fell in my 20,s a couple of times & hurt it , it's hurting more now , like woah ! I think it's maybe arthritis, runs in family, is it ok for that ? 🤔
Hi Bob and Brad. I've been searching your great channel to help my husband. He has long term very bad lower back pain, and so many of your exercises and stretches look great.. The problem is, he also has very bad shoulder arthritis (to the point that the bone has worn away lots), so I was wondering if you might consider doing a video of stretches and exercises for someone to help lower back pain, but that doesn't require too much raising or pushing on their arms? Or perhaps you could direct me to a video I may have missed of yours, that addresses this already? Many thanks!

After a decade of bad posture sitting under prison bunks, you guys fixed my posture within days, with a 5 second stretch per day. What seat cushion for sciatica, spinal stenosis, bulging disc, etc, do you recommend? I see many cushions with the highest recommendation cushion pad made from latex and "not" memory foam. So many out there. Thanks guys.

Heya. I have herniated C4-C6, L1 to S1, all of them herniated all around and dehydrated T1 to T9. The first 2 exercises are the best for my lumbar pain. But how do I help the cervical and toracal part of my spine?!

I'm confused. In a few videos you recommend against the bending forward stretch ( 6.43 ) but not in this one? Is the key difference the slow rounding of the spine as you come down instead of having a straight back and trying to touch your toes?

Very interesting I was shocked to discover that with the exercise starting on your stomach and then pushing up with the elbows it wasnt that I hav to skip it because of the pain, it is that I have to skip it because I cannot do it at all!!! My entire body rises. My hips refuse to stay glued to the floor!! I cannot get only my upper half/torso to rise as Bob does it on the video! I am as stiff as a wooden plank!!

I am fused in my lumbar spine from tailbone to L2. Not able to roll.
5 months ago in Oct of 2022, I was involved in an auto accident that caused trauma to my right hip and lower back. I was driving and the other vehicle pulled out in front of me and my left front fender struck the right front of the other car. I was thrown abruptly into the console of my car. Within a short time I felt tightness and pain in my lower right back and hip. Later that day I could not stand or walk. Tightness and pain began to subside as days went by. So I never received treatment other than a few chiropractic sessions. I've been performing various stretches and exercises on my own. After walking on my treadmill yesterday for 35 minutes I was fine. However, today I'm experiencing a little tightness and the heel and ball of the right foot is sore. I've experienced this foot and heel pain many times since the accident. Any ideas as to a plan to completely recover?

Hi guys....i'm having sciatic pain and it's a nightmare to sleep.....i tried sleeping with pillows under my knees and between my knees but nothing helps it still hurts..... The only relief i get is while walking or when I take pain meds......i haven't slept well in days....any advice you can help me with?

I'm watching the first 2 exercises and there's another video I can see which says 'stop doing these exercises it's actually off putting when another video discredits the exercises of another video
Wouldn't most of these be absolutely the opposite of what you would want to do if your pain was being caused by a lumbar herniated/bulging disc????????
I found that "Stretching" your back muscles does jack shit for your back pain.. building your hip and leg muscles and stretching your hamstrings are the only things that actually help your back.
Where is 1 and 2 back exercises, it starts with three the towel under the bum
