Back problems are not age related. Lifestyle has more to do with it than age. And you can get better by exercising.
For example, I had a lot of back problems in middle school, because of lugging the ye olde school bag full of books around and sitting all day in class. Today I only get back pain if I forget to strech my back every now and then when I sit at the office all day long.

(BTW looking at your spine come down one vertebrae at a time somehow made ny back feel good knowing it's even possible to have that much muscle control). Also, I was doing the deep lunges by putting my foot on the step and stretching down. I had no idea I was doing a modified lunge because it does help relieve the pain. I just have to remember to work each side evenly. Thanks for giving all this info in a concise package.

Thank you, i've been suffering under lower back pain in combination with a tilted pelvis (in a way that one of my legs felt shorter)
I managed to get a great pop with some exercises to get my pelvis aligned horizontally, now to get it back to straight with your exercises!
