    I enjoy seeing young people make plans to improve their life. You need a few more hens to give those few a break.... roosters are notorious for their stamina. Come time that the garden is in full swing, let them pick a lot of insects and bugs. Your not really going to save on a feed bill but that garden will thank you. Lumber capital log yard has the new LT 70 that will eventually catch on but who in their right mind is going to spend that much on a mill. I honestly think you are capable of making something quite similar and save a boat load of money.. but as production goes, its a beast!

    Thank you. I needed this.
    We sold our LT40 g25 after 22 yrs with nary a glitch. Awesome machine. I miss it terribly but have aged out years wise and physically. Plenty of dried wood left for most any project I might tackle. Keep on keeping on you guys; you're making us old timers proud.

    Ya'll are doing a great job with your business and videos. I think it would be easier if you had a battery powered chain saw for small cuts around the mill. Have fun and stay safe!

    If you want 6 eggs a day you should get 8 chickens because they won't lay every day. You will average 6 eggs a day depending on the breed. Sometimes you will get 8 and other times you you will get 4 or 5.

    Diminutional lumber over 6” goes from half inch lose to 3/4. It should have been 9 1/4”. Just so you know next time. And when changing blades run it to the end of the bed makes it easier boss.

    After the first flat cut. What's the reason for not flipping 180 degrees for the second flat cut?

    • @wallacefarmandsawmill
      @wallacefarmandsawmill  4 місяці тому

      Even if you do go 180, you still end up putting that cant 90 degrees. It’s a preference thing.

    You made me question myself when you commented that a nominal 2x10 is 1.5"X9.5". It is 1.5"X9.25"😁 Great Video. What is the max length you can cut without trying to log shift during the cut on your sawmill?

  • @cliffordarnoldussen

    How come when you got the new sawmill you didn’t get one that you don’t have to walk behind do they cost a lot more money? Would it be nice or you could just stay in one spot I have seen him on videos already I really like your videos. they’re very interesting and very neat to watch, I’ll be watching a lot of them because I will be going to the hospital. I found out I had cancer please please give me comment.😅😅😅

    • @wallacefarmandsawmill
      @wallacefarmandsawmill  4 місяці тому

      I bought this one as a “new” used unit. Only had 12 hours on it. I would have preferred stationary sawing command post vs walk along. I hope all is well with your hospital visit!
