Off course it rains!! All good! So glad you great farmers are feeding us! Your name is my Mémères name, she was like you, milked 10 cows a day, twice a day when she was a teen in 1899. Yep, she loved farming. During the first 2 big wars she worked in woolen mills! She could build chicken coops and cook great French Canadian cuisine!!!!! Yep, love the name Laura! 👍👍👍👍👍
Driving a skid steer in a classy dress. Awesome! I never put T shirts with a logo in the dryer. Hang them on a rod in the garage or someplace inside. The logo lasts much longer and looks better
Your farm and homestead is looking good as you build it out. I can see the little Lauras and Grants running around on that lawn and helping on the farm. If I’m still around 10 years from now and your still sharing your life with us, I will be thrilled to see how you have grown as a family. 🙂
I wish I had discovered your channel a couple years back, I to the point where I'm watching your older videos, I hope y'all don't hold this against me, when I first discovered y'all I was look a hot chick farming I'll check it out, but your so much more then that I really enjoy your videos and I'm learning so much about farming, thank you I love your channel
How about a black T shirt with an outline of Scotty's face on the back and a logo "Farm Cats Rule" or something like that. The Homestead is going to look amazing once all the grass and landscaping comes in.
Love watching your videos. I've been watching one after another to watch your progress. May God bless you and all your family for many years to come. We love you all
I'd love to see Scotty on a T-shirt! Maybe in a tractor cab with his little paws on the steering wheel 🤣❤️🤣 My husband and I love watching your channel! May God bless you both ❤️
I was thinking the same thing, that Scotty needs his own T-shirt. And yes, on your idea of Scotty being in/on a tractor, with some kind of slogan saying "Paws for the Cause"!!!
Grant, you are a very lucky man! Your Wife doing right with the skid steer in a dress and pink flip-flops! Laura, you rock! Love watching the channel, your enthusiasm for farming and how you both are growing a beautiful life together. Such a lost art in this crazy world. Keep it going and I cannot wait to see where your journey takes you!
Hi Laura, congrats on your merchandising adventure. I like sweat shirts with a hood and a pullover type. Also, a sweat shirt that zips up the front with a hood. My 2 suggestions after watching your video. I really like your mobile garden. Cool idea! Also, your corn plants have gotten so big since they were tiny baby seedlings. Laura , I love your dress.
Great video once again Laura, your corn has really done very well since we last saw it. That looks like really good rain you are getting, we really need rain here in Ireland 🇮🇪 at the moment as all the grass and crops are burning up. "Looking Great in the dress "
Laura use jute twine on your tomato plants and any other veggies that need support it will not rash your stems and stalks on the windy days and at the end of the year it can be recycled in to your dirt . ❤
Laura and Grant, I did have a question on acreage. Not on how much you have, but have you got enough to make a good living? You seem to finish your planting so quickly, it made me wonder if you could do with another field to farm. What you did plant looks to be growing very strongly and spaced out nicely. Love from Mike. ❤
Great pairing with bunker branding. They have two great families that at the head. (Carriker, Atwood Families) I had been watching both of them for years! They have a great crew there at Bunker branding! The corn is looking great! Y'all stay safe!
Laura and Grant, love the videos that you've made and alittle trick to help your Tomato plant poor one can of old beer near it and watch it grow and produce
I wonder if your friends realize you are a World Famous You Tube personality! Super bright, energetic, adventuresome, with a number One Smile and simply beautiful. The best of the best. Thank you for your arm's length, personal videos.
Glad to see you are working hard on your farm. I hope you farm will be OK In a couple of months. It's looking good. I Love you video's thanks for sharing the farm life with us Lots off love for Holland ❤❤❤. Keep on farming.
I would suggest you install a substantial metal barricade. In event of reverse or safety failure the pivot will walk right thru that wood and you will have big expensive mess to fix. You guys are great. Best of luck with your adventures
@Mrslaurafarm I’m not on telegram, but my parents had a dairy farm as I grew up, so a lot you show in your videos, brings back great memories to me, even though the scale of your ‘industry ‘🤣 is a bit incomparable to my parents farm … but as for work to do, damn I loved to drive a tractor🥳😁😋🤩
Your videos are fantastic; great content, informational and promoting the farm life, especially of south central NE. I grew up 1 mile north of the Aurora Cemetery and in town.
Hai Laura and Grant as a treeplanter and arborist I have some advice on your windswept garden trees. They really needed not 1 but 2 or sometimes 3 sturdy tree poles with bands like your car seatbelt. The young trees must be able to move a little bit. And remove all other plastics because they restrain the flow off sugars to the roots just below the bark! What type off trees did you plant?
Been a fan of Matt's channels and Bunker Branding for a while now. Glad to see you at the Bunker 😁 I like their shirts/designs. The ONLY MINOR gripe I have is every shirt I've ordered are the thin/light weight shirts. I like a shirt that has a little more weight to it. Particularly being in the higher latitudes. I'm in the St. Louis area, you're in southern NE, the weather gets a bit colder up here and a heavier shirt is better for the colder temps. Even if yo ware it under a flannel shirt. I also prefer 100% cotton shirts.
Hi....get a sweatshirt and pants with Laura Farms ...put a tractor on the back of sweat shirt and put laura farms on sweatpants but down the pant legs...Matt at Bunker Branding and his crew are great people....
Good morning Laura, first of all good health, beautiful dress. lots of cool things happening on the farm. very funny story Grant and dangerous too. may God send a calm rain to water your crops.I remember this video where you recovered this Pivot I always watch it very nice.
That was great enjoyed it great explanations on your water system and Laura you look great in a dress that is first time since your wedding pictures I have seen you in a dress thank you Laura and Grant.
Good morning Laura Farms. Many of the customers for those very nice t-shirts would probably like one with a pocket. Farmers always have stuff in their pockets. Enjoy the day and be blessed
Laura, a secret onion trick…when they are about as big as tennis balls scrape dirt from around the upper portion of the onion, just leaving the bottom 1/3 in the soil, keep them moist. This will grow bigger onions especially in a planter. Thanks for the videos, good stuff!!!
hi Laura, as always excellent video I am very happy for the franchise the tops are the top, really well done. For next year (my suggestion) when you put various vegetables also put a little copper phosphate which protects the vegetables, so that they can grow healthy and beautiful. Greetings from farmer to farmer. Hello 😉 🇮🇹
That sky reminds me of being beside the ocean. The sky,the water and land all meet. Nice, not too people who can wear a dress and slippers and move a skidsteer!😂 Smart idea! The wash tub garden. You're both at the wedding age for friends. We were hurting for rain here in the middle of PA. The whole eastern seaboard. But, the last week it's been making up for it. Thunderstorms and good steady rain. Be well
Love the circle operation , I had a 3/4 circle years back we used an angle iron structure that was movable . I hired a new operator and he was disking the field prepping for spring grain . At the end of the day we met up at the shop and he informed me he had found a metal structure in the field and he hooked onto it and pulled it out of the way . On top of that he was a smoker , It took forever to get that smoke smell out of my beloved JD .
If you wait until late August to early September you won't have much of an issue with weeds because they are done growing and producing seed and such for next year. Most weeds get a start on new growth under ground so that they can start growing before the grass does. The temperature doesn't stay as hot so long in the evening which helps with keeping the grass at a good moisture level between waterings. I know it sounds goofy to wait until later in the year to plant grass. Wont the new grass freeze? All grass freezes to some extent, its called winter kill. By that time though the grass has grown enough to become "hardened" to the weather. It is still more susceptible to weather than year old grass. Trust me though. Ask a reputable grass farmer or landscape firm that deals with growing grass from seed and see what they say. Of course the best way around all of that is to plant sod. The work of taking care of sod during summer and before winter is much less than planting seed. Laura, when carrying things like lumber, if you can rest them on your shoulder it makes it much easier than with two hands in front of you. You van balance the load which makes walking easier which is also safer.
Glad to see you guys join up with Matt and the crew at Bunker Branding!!!!
Matt is GREAT.
I agree!! Matt, Mere and crew are top notch!
@@billolinger5015😅😊b see seel

Great addition to the Bunker Branding team.
How about a black T shirt with an outline of Scotty's face on the back and a logo "Farm Cats Rule" or something like that. The Homestead is going to look amazing once all the grass and landscaping comes in.

Thanks for the information on buying a t-shirt.
