I working on my 32 yr old rebuilt OS 40 Surpass 4 stroke, it's going back in my 35 year old, re-covered in Transparent red, Sig Senior 3 channel Trainer/Tow Plane...I'm almost finished, she looks amazing!
Look at Dis 😍. The Old Man says Capt Short Leg Blaz good flying and great landing. Going to make me get out my glow planes that have been hanging for over 20 years. Love you guys. ✈️😀💝
You can't give that trainer 10/10. The HobbyZone Carbon Cub S+ can take off, fly around and land completely by itself. It must be the easiest plane to fly, and you don't have problems with the motor cutting out every time you get ready to take off. I can't remember you flying one, so you should try one if you haven't already. You can fly it just like any R/C plane. It's only in beginner mode that it flies itself when you let go of the sticks. I guarantee that you will experience every emotion when you press the self-land button and watch it land exactly on the strip where it took off from. Great video, as always. Thanks.
When I first learn to fly, my grandfather bought me that plane. I flew it for over 8 years and loved every flight! It was an outstanding plane! I would like to find another one and just have it for fun!
My father had exactly this plane with 2stroke osmax 40 size the osmax was vintage it was made in japan but it sold the plane and we only keep the engine great video
What's not to like after 800 views someone has to put thumbs down , I could quite happily just listen to the banter most subscribers fly we all know how it works typical trainer safe reliable predictable but the banter is spontaneous a joy in it's self , greatest respect from me here in UK. Big Salute . enjoy your weekend .
Salute from the UK Captain Blaz And Squadron leader Captain Robert!. Thanks for taking the time to make and post the video, even trainers are fun to watch!.
Beautiful flight Captain Blaz!. Having a cold one and watching you two is great entertainment. Thank you for the fun and interesting way you show the world the love of flying R.C. that all of us share. Big salute from the mountains of Utah U.S.A. ! ...
Old school advanced trainer. Because today they have AS3X and SAFE and almost fly themselves. Great job Blaz, you flew it so nice and what a perfect landing!
Again! Screw the rudder Captain Blaze! Wonderfully colorful plane. Love the 3 blade prop. Sounds rough and smooth at the same time. Great steady flight and filming in that sky that looks like a painting. Congrats on that Master landing Captain Blaz!
Great landing! That plane looks like the old RCM 40 kit. I built and flew the wings off of 2 of those about 30 years ago. They were a great kit and so fun to fly. Ron
Every time I hear either captain say “oh yeah”... I have faith in the flight! You guys are awesome. I know you have comments over and over. But I truly use your opinions a lot in my own hobby. The fuel, the engines, everything that you guys offer advice on I have stored away in memory for future use. Seeing family this close really warms the heart of this fellow!
Great Video! Seeing Capt'n Blaz tune the engine was very informative even though it delayed the flight. Also, I'm glad that you did not zoom too much during the low passes and the landing. I think a wider shot with the ground in view gives a better perspective of where the plane is relative to the ground and also makes it easier to judge the speed of the plane. BIG Salute . . . from North Carolina, USA.
Dear Capt. Blaz, CONGRATULATIONS again! You are a very good pilot and mechanic! Love your landing, it was like butter... Thank you and your brother Capt. Robert for the excellent videos. Regards, George
What an amazing flight this was, Capt. Blaž, and your landing was perfect! A perfect STOL landing I think. I love the covering of this plane and the OS 46 engine is awesome! Salute, Gentlemen!
Hey guys I say hello from French Lick Indiana , I really enjoy your video's and I want to thank you for not putting those annoying commercials in your video's , they just piss me off big time !!
Great video as always. You made my day with something real, thanks for sharing! In my opinion, electric is nice especially because of the short latencies, but nitro and balsa is the way to go. I've got the same type of engine on a Thunder Tiger Trainer 40 and it flies like this one. As a beginner, I started with this combination three years ago. Still today, I love flying the trainer with this engine. The engine seems to start voluntarily when the electric starter only comes closer... :-)) Again, thanks a lot and keep up your great work. Best wishes from Germany to beautiful Slovenia.
Perfect motor for the perfect plane 👍 now Captain Blaz you should let Captain Robert fly that plane. It will boost his confidence in flying. Also turn that plane into a taildragger it will land and take-off better on your field
@@PetrincicBrosRC Hey Robert! My middle name is Robert! I have a brother called Robert and my father is called Robert! lol. Thank You for kind words too my friend! I look forward to seeing many more of your vids!!
Blaž makes it look effortless, great maiden of a beautiful plane, our club Island Flyers have just purchased one of these kits, great trainer. Another awesome video guys
Nitro Trainers are big fun. Great 3-wheeler landing. Regarding the engine I would suggest to lean the low speed needle and prime before starting. Then it will never cut out.
Australia salutes you both!! You guys are awesome. I love watching your adventures and flying planes. Please keep up the excellent work and I will be a regular viewer. Excellent channel. I fly planes and gliders.
I love to hear the nitro planes!!! Thats a great looking plane as well!!! What a great deal you made on this one too!!! Fun day, thanks for sharing!!! Big Salute from NC!!!
Petrincic brothers you are great. I discovered your channel some days ago and since then I watch couple of videos per day. I like a lot the engine rebuilds from Captain Blaz, also the first starts, maiden flights... You are so happy that you have the time and space for such a hobby. Since couple of years I moved to Germany (from Macedonia) and here everything is so crazy regarding this hobby hey... So many regulations and also such a big problem to find a place where to fly. I'm jealous at you. Anyhow, pozdrav i prodolzete samo taka.
Thanks for all support my friend. We are really lucky to live in Slovenia and to have this runway where we can do what ever we want. Big salute from Slovenia.
Another Great Model Review and Video From The Boys In Slovenia - I love it at the End of all the videos Pilot Robert Starts to speak Real Soft and Gentle Like a turbine Spooling down as it stops , just Great Hey So Much Character in the both of you make one awesome channel For Us All , Big Salute Petrincic Bro's. for Making RC Planes and Flying that bit More Fun and Exciting ..Thanks.... Thanks......... ok CUT QUICK ...
My first RC plane was identical to this it was a DB 'Mentor' maybe they were same manufacturer, under different names, Good trainers these are or were in those day's!! very easy to fly with aileron and elevator, rudder was used for take off only, I learnt to fly on mine. (in UK)
Wonderful flight and great deal on the plane. I have to agree with Blaz about having a particular side I like landing on as well. Looks like you guys can put another mark in the Win column on this one guys. Salute from Raeford NC USA.
I learned to fly 13 years ago with this plane. Great cheap 1st trainer with an OS46 engine.
Memories :-) good old wooden well designed trainer of nice size. Very nice to watch it fly.
I working on my 32 yr old rebuilt OS 40 Surpass 4 stroke, it's going back in my 35 year old, re-covered in Transparent red, Sig Senior 3 channel Trainer/Tow Plane...I'm almost finished, she looks amazing!
O.S. engines are some of my favorite RC engines!
We like it a lot when the 'Master of Landings' Cap'n Blaž is smiling, and his engines are buzzing and wheels are still on. :)
You guys have a really great place to fly
We are lucky my friend.
Great flying and perfect landing by Captain Blaz.... that smile on his face afterwards is just priceless!!

Very nice model Capt Blaz and Robert. And a great combo with the OS motor. Definitely fly it some more Capt Blaz, that smile is contagious.
