@djcarlo , I saw your review on the numark mixstream pro go and the denon prime 4. I wish the Denon Prime 4 had the 6 inch jog wheels cause it's pretty nice. But I think the numark pro go is my choice.

I have 2 Prime 4 controllers and they are simply the best. Denon was smart to go with the "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" mentality and deciding to simply add on to what was already great. I'll take 2 please!

I've been having fun with the Beta3in my P4+. I know it isn't nowhere near ideal but it's quite impressive for a Standalone. I notice there isn't the usual scratching in this routine... it's because the jog wheels suck as far as scratching goes.
Haha, they're alright for scratching, but I feel like stems had to be the focus here. Plus, given that Engine DJ's stems aren't too perfect yet, scratching wouldn't have been ideal

We like breaking news at the same time, especially with gear this hot!
When equipment is new, everyone has to agree to show it off at the same time to promote it. Same thing with films. Films are shown to critics and then within certain time from it's release critics agree on a date to release their thoughts. It's a promotional tool.
Have you tried using the Prime 4+ on Flow 8 Deck? I was wondering because it doesn't have Dennon listed as a controller but it works with Numark. I will have my new decks tomorrow and saw how great the software looked for mashups. Last but not least I gotta show some love and say you are very inspiring. Your videos are great and you can see how much you love music and helping others to get to the next level. Happy New Year brotha!

@@djcarlo it's really old software. I'm sure there is better stuff to use now. I'm brand new to djing and thought ability to have 8 decks could help to have loops, samples and stems lined up in key to throw in when I want. I'm getting ahead of myself and need to worry about the basics and then move to transitions and phrasing. Anyway have a good one 🤙

I feel Denon is leading vs Pioneer in sheer features for the cost. Something in me still prefers the reliability and aesthetics of Pioneer equipment. That being said, I loved the mix, and this IS a nice piece of equipment. As a stand alone, is this better than the Pioneer variants DJ Carlo in your opinion?
It is for what it's got!
With latest problems with FLX series (and let's face it FLX-10 costs premium) I doubt that Pioneer equals quality any longer. But it's great to have variety and competition. It means more great and competitve gear for us.
Perhaps the characteristics and the filling itself are many times better than Pioneer dj, but still the design of pioneer dj is more interesting and beautiful for me!
Let's hope they come up with stems on their standalones too then!

I think the prime Go is a great option for mobile DJing
Anything that you prefer really! The software won't really matter as long as you feel comfy using it. I'd personally use either Rekordbox or Serato

I forget why, but it might be something to do with stems and it being in beta here. Only works with one deck.
Is the stem installed already for the serato or you must download the stem application

Ohhhh, it really depends on what you prefer doing! I'd probably recommend the FLX10 since everything is brand new

I'm not sure about the Innofader, gotta check up on that! The effects are pretty close to Pioneer's in terms of quality, but I dont know much about stems support. I hope they don't abandon it!

From how I understand your comment, I don't think so. It can make loops, but you can't pre-save a loop from what I recall
