No, Wanderbot or Olexa never ever miss core mechanics and build fundamentals. I'm starting to think it's on purpose to drive engagement, like those crap mobile ads where they intentionally screw up.
@@jr8990 I doubt it. Their attention is just split between recording, commentary and gameplay, so they overlook things that they might otherwise notice if they were playing on their own. It's really difficult to split your attention like that, in my experience.
@@jr8990Surprisingly you probably miss some stuff while playing alone as well, but you might not notice since there aren't people watching you to tell you about. And when you play something while talking... damn, does the chance of screwing up increase!
After seeing the discombobulate joke I had to go watch the video they were referencing. I knew the third discombobulate was coming but was still pissing myself laughing
Game is dope. There's like 3x as many "broken builds" as anyone needs to get to the end, and it's fun to find them. The most broken builds I found weeere, end game dragons, mid game fireball or mana golem, and early game cultists and mana amp.
@@wanderbots okay that was a funny as hell response gotta give props where they're due That said manually casting it would have probably 4x your damage from it being so cheap and so spammable as hell
@@TurtleKwitty i mean he had like 60 mystics No casting speed given but lets say they cast it once every 6 seconds (Think that definitely sounds reasonable considering the screen was filled with casts and had around 7 to 14 on screen at any time) that would need him to cast it 30 times per second he had the mana to cast it roughly 3-4 times per second (700 overkill the remainder is for the Incinerate) So frankly wander had no reason to stray from discombobulate
31:30 the way you worded it, with damage and buffing phases, made you sound exactly like any video game magic boss in like a tower defense, or like cod zombies, phases that just pass the time as you get stronger, and then specific phases where you try hard to do damage
Not only that the developer will make a skin that renames bonesley to wabbone😂 With permission from wander to also have the skin with his helmet on....that would be cool to look at...PS the skin unlock from a side quest
okay this game is incredible. got this after watching assuming id mess around for a bit and leave it. ive played for like 3?4? hours straight and my current build is doing 20billion dps and 8b mps and im using 1 unit... on wall 53. this is awesome and i can think of so many other builds i wanna do too.
This would have been right up my alley if the walls shot back and constantly killed your minions. Maybe that happens later, only made it to like wall 10?
It does happen, but it's never a core part of gameplay. The walls always target melee units first and it's easy to flood skeletons to sponge all the damage.
Final build. "Maxes" bone spear. Forgets to equip item that raises bone spear level cap.

@jr8990 the ol' Northernlion marketing method. I bought Baba is You because it was so frustrating to watch him

*uses 1/6 of his souls and already has like 35-40% of the dps of previous build*

$5. Super cheap

In summary, Discombobulate.
I appreciate that it lets you hold the button because it means lest wear and tear on my mouse. Also, fun looking game.

Hmm yes. We need more funny and strangely cozy necromancer games.
Discombobulate reference was sooo goood 😭
This game is a true discombobulating experience
Did you really make your final build all about casting bone spear... and then never cast it ????
My minions did it for me. The only spell I cast is discombobulate.
@@wanderbots discombobulate is too strong plz nerf

your ability to look at fireball, say it looks really good, and proceed to never look at it again, let alone pick it, physically hurts me.
I just wanted to say i love watching your videos especially before going to sleep because it's so relaxing and i enjoy it

Casual Necromancer, just pondering his Orb.

Anyone else think some of Wanderbots character voices sound just like characters from Filmcow?
Ahhhhahaha, i actually beat you to it on this one Wanderbots. I knew youd cover this.
I would have used the goblin crown to spawn free goblins when the towers were present to farm up a bunch of souls if that were possible
I really like the music in this game makes me nostalgic for the music from Myst.
i know the book you want. it’s called “dead tired”
I love the music 👀 I'm sure it will annoy me eventually but dang do I love the simplicity
This music just feels very late 80s early 90s Origin Systems music
its very simple midi sounding, or like old PC videogame sort of thing
Ngl the music is kinda loud
Great video. FYI it’s not viceA versa. It’s just Vice Versa.
Very cool game. It's weird that the clickable buttons are greyed out and the unclickable ones are normal. I would expect them to be the opposite.
Have broken the game when i cast my fireball the game starts lagging to 2fps
This would have been right up my alley if the walls shot back and constantly killed your minions. Maybe that happens later, only made it to like wall 10?
Some of them do. You see some of the walls start killing the minions when they attack back. Like the "unusually prickly hedge".

Dos Music is tight.
want full series
Really reminds me of gnorp apologue
Did someone say incremental?
Windows' ClickLock is perfect for this game 😂
Woohoo new orb ponderer
What is an RPG?
It's an acronym for Role Playing Game
@blu8009 I know, but what is it?
You had like 40 captains that improve melee damage and no skeletons that do melee damage.
Captains boost all damage.
Another banger $5 game you should look into is webfishing
It's on the Wholesomeverse Live to-do list.
I don't like the music... not because it's bad but because it reminds me too much of *Phonk* and I'm constantly waiting for the drop.
😮
So the punchline is that you are playing an overpowered necromancer, and its the same joke every time..... yeah, hilarious......
Discombobulate
Ooooorrrrbbbbb

NGU, Trimps, Idletorulethegods and maybe Idleon are "flawless" this, not so much.
What a silly game.
