Everytime I want to play GT i realize that my (usb) wheel (g27) is no longer supported on PS4 (and that I sold both bc of it). Blurry LCD's are horrible anyway and OLED's seem to have the same issue (ohh CRTs).
The Z Tune NISMO GTR did achieve 1'03 time in Tsukuba before, with not so aggressive tires, so not sure what happened here. The other thing that boggles my mind, is how on earth the Lambo, Zo6, and the GTR, with all three having powers in the 500hp range (or more), couldn't rip that little Subaru into pieces, those straight bits sure are long enough to humiliate the Subaru, this remains a mystery to me
Hmm the Lambo with that V12 and rear wheel drive takes a while to get going. That S204 STi makes close to 350hp and Torque to all wheels, would be very difficult to keep up. Also that Z Tune GTR isn't anything more than 400hp. You're blowing the proportions of the cars.
@@nikolayangelov7763 Well the Z-tune R34 GTR makes 500hp thats not a secret. The tires are the difference. That has always been BMI's thing. To put damn near slicks on the Japanese cars. Take a look at the tires on the Lamborghini then look at the tires that are on that GTR. Don't drive that GTR when it rains lol.
The Subaru stays ahead because its set up perfectly for Tsukuba circuit. Spec C and S20x series turbos (VF36/42) spool ridiculously early, and they're geared super short. Those other cars can all go as fast or faster in 2nd gear than the Subaru can in 3rd. Those series of cars really are that good, they're leagues ahead of the American/European Market counterparts and still very competitive against modern stuff. Drive one then you'll understand.
He made that Vette 5 cars wide lol. Good driving. Interestig to see the different lines between the R-34 and ZO6. Going into the Corner the R34 had it, but coming out of the corner was a little different.
The shift point on the R34 going into the back straight was doing it no favors with the power band. Meaning no matter how cleanly the entry and exit, the vettes huge low end torque and the ability of the LS7 to uncharacteristically make good power at over 6k rpm meant the r34 never had a chance to catch it.
That' fucked up because usually the Vette has the better turn in (better than most other cars of it's time) and the GTR with AWD should have the better exit. This whole race is messed up. Also, interesting how none of the 500hp cars (and even the nearly 600hp murci) could catch the "350hp" subie on the straights.

Lamborghini was held back, the skyline just wants to oversteer but grips well. The zr1 goes straight fast but spinning too much on the corners. The wrx is just a regular Sedan.
Me to these videos of freaking awesomeness to the best one yet loving itthe guy in the Corvette seems to put everybody in a great mood and they are awesome drivers with a beautiful attitude that's how you do it props.
Subaru = low to mid rpm power. Vette & Lambo = mid to high rpm power at higher gears. This is why Subaru won, because of the tight and small track where the Vette and Lambo wasn't designed to run to.
Tires are everything and there seems to be a mix of DOT race tires and Pure street tires. So this is not really a good indicator of the true performance of these cars.

Z06 is the lightest/faster car,just not suited for tsukuba with very tall gearing and street tires.
Z06 driver was too scared to drive the car at the limit. It is a scary car to drive on track though.
