Just watched the documentary. My husband is 57 and is a huge Bob Dylan fan! I’m 52 and didn’t know him as well. My husband explained to me what a legend he was and he absolutely should’ve been part of this collaboration. He adds his own style in such a beautiful way. I can’t listen to this song without crying and remembering all the images of children dying by the hour in Ethiopia. EVERYONE donated to the cause. EVERYONE!!! I miss those times when Americans were united. This song is timeless…

Also for the choral parts, they didn’t want people singing in different octaves or harmonies, so those who couldn’t sing the melody because it was out of their range were asked to not sing.
