I left the town I grew up in and moved to a City thousands of miles away and the very next year the opioid epidemic hit that town hard and I lost friends I grew up with and then it started getting out of control. My High School Graduating class was 72 people and now there’s 60 of us. Some struggle with addiction some don’t but only 4 of us got out of that town and dodged all of it. This song really reminds me of the town I grew up in and the people we’ve lost. I’ve listened to it maybe 4 times a day for a week now.
yeah well there lies the question why are you at a Corey Smith concert if you don't know his songs, plus this seems like a bunch of stuck up individuals when I went to see him everyone was at the foot of the stage singing along these people are sipping clear wine cheering a sad song fuck them lol @@joshuaterry9582
Pretty deep song, love it, relate to it, buried way to many buddy’s in a short life so far, seen them go to prison, come home and things are not the same

This brings me to tears. Brandon on dry pond road will never be forgotten. RIP!
Looks like we grew up exactly the same. Loved having a good bud in a cellophane.
Wow what a great song. Give me the chills!
Unbelievable song. My God! Great video, appreciate you putting this out there!
Yeah boy!!!
I heard this song the other day. It’s different, but i like it.
Weird they’re cheering it not realizing the seriousness of the song.
That’s the point of the song the first time you hear it
@@joshuaterry9582 I disagree. It’s pretty obvious the direction the song is headed by tone.
@@rileyontheroad I mean once you’ve heard yeah you can pick it up. The first time you hear it you don’t know exactly where it will go
