Hi Lou Thanks for you continued support of Lucy & Martha.I was at her concert in London and had a chance to speak to her at the meet & greet and she is such a lovely person she makes you feel that you are important to her. I have run clubs and night clubs over the years and have had many of the top acts performing and know what many of them think of their fans and forget who put them where they are and wouldn´t give them the time of day. Lucy is not only a great artist but also a great and humble young Lady who actually cares about her supporters.She has the most beautiful voice I have ever heard and I have heard a lot. One problem I have is that I can´t hear what you are saying the volume is very low.

And one more thing that follows from listening to her songs a second time and a third -- her voice is so warm and soothing that you'll feel like an angel has brought peace and happiness into your life. You mentioned Lucy's character and her video after Manchester. Well, for her London concert, October 22 nd, Lucy wrote a full page note to all of her supporters in the show program. It was so classy, so sweet and so caring and she ended it with "I hope I make you proud". Not "I hope you enjoy the concert", or "I hope you enjoy the music" or just "enjoy". But rather " I hope I make you proud". Who does that? What artist of her caliber cares that much about her fans. Even, according to Lucy herself, she prefers to refer to us as supporters, not fans. And you will notice that in any cameos or videos, she does refer to us as supporters. To Lucy we are extended family, especially those of us who have been on this journey with her since she was a child. She is a remarkably humble young lady who you cannot help but adore. Lucy just recently hit 1,000,000 subscribers on her you tube channel. And she wanted to do a video for us. Again just thanking us for our support and recognizing that she is nothing without us. Her official fan Club, of which I am a part of, is privy to all sorts of information, videos, cameos and family stuff and all things Lucy. It is always difficult when you compare one artist to another. Musical preferences like beauty depends on the taste of the individual. In the comparison process, one of them usually comes up short. I have read wonderful things about AJ's vocal ability and her great personality. Unfortunately, I do not find her vocal tone and style particularly pleasing to my ear. However, I am happy for those that do. On the other hand, Lucy has the most pleasing and beautiful voice that I have ever heard. Again, it is a matter of individual musical preference. I respect all the other wonderful vocal artists out there, But Lucy is my girl! Thanks for your great reaction and analysis of Lucy and Martha!

Lue, us supporters of Lucy and Martha have determined that the harmony you hear is known as "blood harmony," so extremely rare. These young ladies are blessed, but us supporters more so.
Hi, SLM, this sounds infinitely better. An easy way to improve your own voice sound quality may be to put a curtain/carpet on (part of) one or 2 of the walls to kill sound reflections ex: behind the cam and a side wall. Happy experimenting😀

I heard this song around 1990 at a Young Messiah concert before Michael English even released it on his album and have listened to many, many renditions over the years but have never heard it arranged or sung like this before. Lucy and Martha just absolutely take this song to another level. Everything they sing is as good or better then the original in my opinion. I envy that you are able to listen to all of Lucy's songs for the first time and you have a lot to look forward to...about another 60 to go. But....seriously? A.J. does have a lot of vocal talent and voice control and skill as a singer and she seems like a really good person, but her voice is just soooo gravely and annoying I can't even listen to her. I tried to like her, but she sounds like dragging a trash can down a gravel driveway.
Lou, I have to agree that AJ has a fabulous voice when she sings and a fantastic personality. Some of AJ’s work I really enjoy. For me all the bells and whistles are just too much at times. I have actually followed AJ longer than Lucy. I just prefer Lucy’s voice control and profound pronunciation of the lyrics. To each its own.
