I Finally Fix the Frame on The Bobbed Excursion

- As you know I bent the frame on The Bobbed Excursion at EJS in 2024. Turns out using the control arms as rock sliders puts some serious torque on the mounts! In this video I show you how I straightened the frame on the truck. It was a bit sketchy but watch to see how well it worked!

The 4 link bracket brace sounds like a great idea. Something diagonal between each side will really tie the frame together.
It looks like you have the PMF short arm kit. Do you ever wish you had the long arm kit?
These things hang down so far that idk if I could stand longer ones, plus they are already as long as most jeep long arms, so not really. I really like the way this set up works so far😎
I just bought some 05 axles and I'm about to order the short pmf 4 link kit for my excursion. Is there anything you would have done differently?
@@danieljacobsen7196 I’ve still gone back and forth in my head about using the PMF 3 link arms instead, but that’s purely for a ground clearance off road issue. Other than that I don’t have any regrets. Try code geeks4x4 at check out, they were trying to get something set up for my folks but idk if it’s there yet.
