    The fact that you used a home made bearing press instead of beating in your bottom bracket with a hammer made me like this video. This is how bikes should be put together

      True that bearings should be pressed in vs hammering. I’d recommend only doing one bearing at a time though and I wasn’t able to tell if he used the spacer for the bottom bracket. For an 8 spline crank it’s not a huge deal imo, but for a 48 spline crank you’d really want it in there if you care about making your bearings last.

    Beautiful build, nice workshop and riding, but I'd recommend using hub guards.

    Hey just a pro tip: make sure when you use those wrenches you’re turning them the opposite way the head is going. For example, when you installed the BB they were being turn the wrong way at the beginning. It just prevents the possible of stripping anything and making the wrenches last longer

      I ordered all of my parts from Source BMX, Empire BMX, and Dans Comp. (be careful ordering from Dans Comp because many of my friends have said you might not get what you ordered, but I've never had a bad experience).

    Beautiful frame, wish this dream build had better cranks tho. Perfect for a beginner but If I was building a dream bike I'd pick 2peace Odyssey cranks that will literally out last the frame and could use on future builds..

    Great video. When installing pedals, the threads should be greased and tightened very hard. A trick to make it faster and to not drop the wrench is to spin the crank arm instead of the wrench.

      BB press is home made with a piece of threaded rod, couple of nuts and washers. Works great and is just a few bucks at the hardware store. Feedback Sports Pro Elite work stand.

      That's a good old fashioned threaded rod with washers and nuts...Homemade bearing press!! Works great :)
