    I was recently diagnosed with osteopenia. I've been experiencing bone pain in my hips especially at night and can't even get restful sleep. I am extremely grateful this video popped up in my feed because I truly needed some guidance into Any exercise that could Alleviate my pain without Popping Advil to mask/dull the pain. I don't have medical insurance and seeing an actual PT wouldn't have been plausible. This video is exactly what I needed today. Looking forward to implementing this and tracking my progress. Thank You for giving me a Starting point. I hope you do make an advanced routine for hip mobility. 😊😊

    Exercise 4, the side squat, is very effective! To get even more out of the movement, you can use a resistance band around the hips/abductors 🙂

    I can barely do that periformis stretch on my right side because my knee hurts. So I'm just acting like I have my left leg there and I'm doing the best that I can. I have past injuries with my right hip and both my knees. I fell 50+ years ago skiing and "bruised" my right hip. There was no follow-up after a trip to the emergency room with a bunch of other kids that were injured that night in Ski Club. All your other exercises feel really good. I've been working on my mobility because I have had a sit-down job for 8 and 1/2 years now. I want to grow old gracefully and get back to hiking.

    I would love to see some exercises using satndard gym equipment! I often just use the machines, so it would be nice to know some specific exercises to target common pain areas.

    I had a full hip replacement on my right side hip 11 months ago and in connection with the recovery exercises, I got to understand that crossing over the center line of your body is a 100% poo-poo (read: strictly forbidden)?
