    What’s the length of those clips? My belt is almost 2 inches in height and I wanna make sure it’ll fit.

    Yea so I wear these on my issued molle vest. Got kicked in the chest by a 6 foot 6 teenager high on crazy and it popped off, sending my mags flying. Have a better, more solid way of attaching these other than flimsy plastic?

      We’re sorry to hear you had an issue with our clips. That is unusual, as they shouldn’t be able to come undone so easily if they were woven properly. If you believe this may have been a defect issue, please contact our customer service team at sales@highspeedgear.com with pictures of the clips and how they were attached and they’ll get it sorted for you. Thank you!

      @@HighSpeedGear1 It's a fundamental flaw in the design, just in case it wasn't clear. I'm looking at how it's secured and what probably broke was the connection point which holds it all together, at that point the friction you depend on in the event of that failure was insufficient in stopping what was probably a fully-loaded police rig from spilling out all over the place. Here's an idea - market this as a temporary MOLLE mounting solution for those who want to play around with configurations and not spend too much time doing so - therefore, figure out that mounting point. This is cheap engineered plastic from a factory in China or one of their controlled states - get your engineers on it and email that factory with an updated design. Vet the product yourselves. Improve brand presence and credibility.

    But how do you remove them without breaking them?

    • @HighSpeedGear1
      @HighSpeedGear1  3 роки тому +2

      Pliers, multi-tools, etc. will help with detaching HSGI clips. If you use needle nose pliers you are able to slip it in between the two parts that are connected and should be able to remove them easily. If you have any further questions, our customer service team would be more than happy to help at sales@highspeedgear.com or you can call 910-325-1000.

    This is the worst system I have ever seen. It's loose and does not fit vests well. You should either sew stuff on or use some other system. Pouches are money though!!

      Our HSGI Clips are specifically designed for MOLLE so the user can weave them through the pouch and back to the vest. If you have any questions please contact our customer service team at sales@highspeedgear.com and they will be happy to walk you through the process. Thank you!

      We had our system for a few weeks and I never had an issue with the straps or pouches. I do the weave and back to the molle and you can’t budge them.

      I have had no issues with mine on my battle belt they fit my magpul ar-15 and ak-47 mags perfectly, No slack and not lose on mine.

      The clips work really well for doubles. Meaning separate spaces for each clip into 2 separate spaces of molle on the belt. Weaved thru and they don't budge.
      For single mag tho...horrible choice.
      Single mag tacos jiggle and twist so loosely you are better off using some paracord and securing that way.
      The mags are always aces and retention is never an issue.

      Lol. Really? I’ve used the HSG system on duty for over ten years and HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. My battle belt has four different tacos installed for pistol mags, rifle mag, flashlight, and a baton. I also work with other agents that use HSG equipment for as long as I have and they’ve never had issues either. Maybe you want to double check that you bought the right items and that you’ve installed it properly…

    I found a way to adapt a Tek-Lok straight to the pouches without buying any extra pieces.
