Kermit Weeks and Ken Kellett of Fantasy of Flight travel to Duluth, Minnesota to visit with Mark Marino at the Duluth Aviation Institute to view the progress they've made on their reproduction of the Lark of Duluth Benoist airplane.
The Lark of Duluth is a forerunner of the Benoist reproduction Fantasy of Flight is building for Kermit Weeks to fly on January 1st, 2014, the 100 year anniversary of the original Benoist airboat inaugural commercial flight between St. Petersburg and Tampa Florida. That first flight took place on January 1st, 1914.

You can just feel the history seeping out this plane, even if it is a reproduction. Great job from the guys at Duluth Aviation Institute!
