I'm a software engineer thinking of starting my own software dev agency. All of this is 100% applicable. You're way more entertaining than the other business youtuber guys too!
Great Video as usual Been watching for a month or two now The insight you give is so specific and detailed - it is so helpful I am looking to start my own company in construction in the near future and your videos are very helpful Keep up the good work💪🏼👍🏼
Hey Man I’m so glad I came across. I’m in the same position just started at 24 and I understand it’s for the long term. The cool thing is that my father is a licensed plumber and we do tons of side work. I keep telling him he needs to get his masters and start his own business. So I hope he’s not too scared to do it. If not I’ll just do it myself after 10 years
man solid video again , i have to get rid of my dragging customers , expansion mode is the only mode . with your explanation , quickly you were able to process new customers and take descision into more medical commercial juicier stuff . i keep going to those ''yelp'' clients time consuming and not as sexy than selling commercial unit ... needless to say . im just happy you post your journey it helps alot more . im getting motivation back . keep it up
Discovered your channel yesterday and watched like 90% of your videos. Dude, If you keep reinvesting majority of your net profits, back in your business for the next 7-8 years, I don't see why you will not do $100 Million in Revenue by 2031. I'm not exaggerating when I say this. Keep reinvesting like you did till now for 7 years more atleast. 💪 P.S.= Also save at least 6 months of payroll of all your employees, so even if you won't get enough work for a while, You can still retain talent(your employees) and don't have to worry about their salaries when the market is down, and when the market gets back up, Then you be rolling in money again. All the companies have these "cash reserves", They think long term.
@@theybecameus I have to be careful about how much money I keep. The government will consider all cash on hand as taxable income. 6 months pay is like $500,000. I’d have to hand over like 120,000 of that. I don’t like to keep too much money. As soon as it gets over a certain amount I start buy trucks and shit.
I would love to mentor under you. I'd work for free, and I have industrial HVAC experience, but I'm in Louisiana. You have the same service attitude i do.
I'd really like to have a phone call or an email chat with you. I am 18 working with my dad doing HVAC. He has been a 1 man band for 26 years, and I'd like to see it grow.
Awesome video man! I know you mentioned you plan to add HVAC soon. Do you plan to go back to residential service when you add HVAC, or will you just stick to Commercial Service and construction? I'm getting my HVAC contractor's license this year so I'm always eager to learn more about business plans and models.
Bruh, I'm either dumb or my English is not good enough for getting 100% of your speech. I got stuck on 1-2 step, I got it when you were working as a plumber, but then I didn't get how did you got im command of others and having a profit. That second and third layer that you have drawn is also just sounds to me. I guess I need to know more professional terminology, yet, can you please give more details on the first 40-50% of the video? Much obliged
