WHO AM I:
I'm Dean, a filmmaker, photographer, entrepreneur, and nature lover from Cape Town, South Africa. I now live in the US creating and exploring. I create videos that help young men break the system and find creative, financial, spiritual, and geographic freedom. Because who wants to be trapped under someone else rules! I care about the planet, protecting our environment, the importance of travel, and being able to work for yourself and from anywhere.

This was very refreshing to watch/listen to. I've had a lot of similar thoughts and I completely agree that so many of the problems people are facing are because we didn't evolve to live in the modern world. Our current ways of living are very evolutionarily inconsistent which is why so many people are sick, depressed, and confused. I'm from Kansas City, Missouri but I'd love to be apart of the movement you're trying to start!

great video but at 14:10 I have to disagree, the climate has never changed that fast and I'm talking about a natural change thousands of time slower than the current rate, evolution takes effect in very long periods of time (tens of thousands of years for large mammals) and the consensus is that the current rate of warming won't let any large animals evolve quickly enough to survive (i.e bugs might breed fast enough for naturm selection to take place but larger forms of life like foxes or dears won't be as lucky) if you love nature as mush as you say you do I highly recommend you to inform yourself on this before echoing these talkpoints, I really don't want to sound aggressive but climate change is nowadays among the highest threats against wildlife it is dangerous to say the opposite

Let me clarify, like I said we have absolutely sped up the warming process to an unnatural degree and I agree with you that there will be devastating loss among many of the major species we have on this planet.
I didn’t say that specific species will evolve. They will die out just like us if we don’t change our ways of living. What I mean is that nature as a whole will be fine. Just like it has been after every one of the 5 major extinctions the planet has faced.
In fact , each extinction led to even more life and diversity and beauty on this planet. It allowed species to adapt and grow stronger.
So in conclusion I don’t think what I’m saying is dangerous by any means but this has shown me that I need to be more clear about communicating what I say so that people don’t assume I am speaking about a specific species.
