Removing the rear wheel on my Aventon Abound HD 1080p

After getting a flat tire on my Aventon Abound Cargo Bike, I had a hard time removing the rear wheel. Online instructions made it seem so as to just untightening the nuts and pulling the wheel out, but after trying for literally hours to pull it off and searching for videos or information specifically for this model and finding nothing specific I decided to call Aventon's Customer Service and told them my problem. They told me their wasn't anything special that I needed to do so I was relieved as I thought maybe I had to remove a special bolt of some sort or even remove the derailler. They told me it may just be torqued in there due to usage and they were correct. I just had to nudge the bolts out of the frame.

You need to use these special bike levers that allow you to pull the tire off a little bit off the wheel then use a second one to shimmy more of it off u til eventually you get half the tire off
